This is probably the worst quality product I've ever bought in this price range. 1) It randomly sprays water everywhere even on the lowest pump setting. 2) The bottom of the fountain is jagged and uneven. Half the sides werent recieving water from the pump so I put a ball on the top and watched it roll down. For whatever reason this fountain tilts forward and requires cardboard under it to even it out. 3. It didn't come with an instruction manual. 4. It has a strong chemical smell. 5. After figuring out how to connect everything from a youtube tutorial I spent 20 minutes looking around for the connection port of the LEDs which was stuck 1 and a half feet up from where you put your hand in a random hole inside of the fountain. I scrapped my arm up trying to get at it. 6. For whatever reason they didn't put a tube in one of the holes that drains water and the sloshing sound of that water dropping down into the water tank is 10x higher than the "gentle fountain noises". Edit to add #7, it came cracked almost in half in the back.

This is the most beautiful fountain and transforms the space into a peaceful relaxing area. Anybody who sees the fountain comments how nice it is and that they need a fountain too. The company reaches out to communicate when shipping the fountain and to ensure you are satisfied. It is beautiful and looks even better than the pictures.
