This huge collapsible wagon is very useful because it can carry so much, yet fold into a compact unit for storage or transport. This wagon does require some assembly. One must inflate the tires with the supplied pump and install the wheels. It is simple and easy. I completed the assembly before I found the illustrated instructions which were folded inside the last piece to go into the wagon. I like that the wagon is so large and can carry so much, but I have some concerns: The description states this wagon can carry 560 lbs of load, but the tires each have a maximum load capacity of 77 lbs each. The collapsible frame of this wagon is very heavy duty and weighs 26 lbs. So I calculate the maximum load this wagon can carry is actually 282 lbs (4x77= 308, less 26=282). This is still a respectable load weight for a wagon of this type, but some shoppers may rely on the 560 lbs of load stated in the description and be disappointed. The tires may be blowout proof as stated in the description, but the instructions warn they are subject to puncture from sharp objects like gravel, and may melt if exposed to hot surfaces. There is no information in the instructions about how to repair a tire, or order a replacement. One damaged tire puts this wagon out of service, perhaps permanently. I like the fact that when I let go of the handle it is spring loaded and automatically returns to the upright position instead of falling to the ground where I need to bend down to pick it up. Anytime I let go of the handle, it is always in position for me to use it to pull the wagon again. As supplied, this wagon is perfectly suited for a day at the beach because it can easily carry everything needed and more. The balloon wheels are specialized for traveling over sand. As long as care is taken, this wagon can also travel over other surfaces like grass, dirt, concrete, and pavement. When opened, this collapsible wagon is very large and versatile. It is suitable for many different uses, and easily goes almost anywhere. When collapsed, it is compact and takes up little storage space. Overall I am pleased with it, and found it to be of good quality.

The beach wagon will be a good hauler for weekend trips. The assembly took about 20 minutes or less to assemble the wheels to the frame. I happened to notice a missing from the factory nylon locknut on the handle support which has nothing to do with the assembly instructions or found documented anywhere in the assembly manual. Not the companies fault just not their expected process. In hindsight what I should have done is remove the other locknut with the same thread that was already pre assembled and present and take to the hardware store to see what replacements can be found. I however had the bright idea to just take the bolts out and find a replacement in the correct length and size from my available hardware since I could not find a nylon locknut that would screw down on the bolt threads. This is a big mistake DO NOT undo the bolts connecting the lower handle to the frame. They contain a form of torsion spring designed to keep the handle upright and the plates of the handle assembly to the frame secured through all positions of the handle. (Out straight or upright) Since removing this spring spent over an hour trying to figure out how to re attach with the loaded spring and could not figure out how this was done at the factory. They must have either a very specific process or specialized tool for this assembly. Without the spring, the wagon functions as intended but the handle is now more “floppy” than before since the springs no longer hold it upright and to add insult to injury the handle brackets where they attach to the frame come loose but still attached when the handle is dropped to the ground. The spring would have prevented from happening and should not be disassembled by the customer. So back to the hardware store the size and thread of that connection is m5 x .8 metric thread nylon locknut. I will also now need a bushing or spacer that will keep the handle from doing what I have described above when it’s dropped to the ground as well but this is a challenge for another day. Overall the build and quality of the wagon are superb and assembly was quick except the bright idea above. I also did not need to use the jig to inflate the tires with thier hand pump I just used a mini compressor with absolutely no issue getting the tires to seat the beads you may have to use the jig if you have a weak compressor or if you use the provided hand pump to air up the tires.
