This product has no tax key and no way to add tax to your sales. If you purchase this product, there will be no instructions other than a CD and it does not mention anything about tax sales. Not user friendly! Also with this product, I was taught a valuable shipping cost lesson. This product was offered by other’s with a total cost ( product + free shipping ) greater than the cost purchased here. Purchase here, it came with a $70 shipping charge. But the total cost was less expensive than anywhere else. At the time I did not think much of it. Until I receive the product and realize it would not work for any business that must charge tax for their products. So I requested a refund And received a message for $25 discount and instructions on how to set up the tax, which made no sense. At this point, I purchased something locally and product was never needed. Now I realize that I would have been better off purchasing the product with free shipping. so I could get 100% refund back if the product didn’t work. Lesson learned

You would have to be a Silicon Valley computer mogul to program this devise using the provided instructions. I guess the seller assumes that every buyer already knows how to operate this equipment.
