Amazon only gives one shipping number--my boxes came via two different carriers and several days apart. Don't worry if it appears that you didn't get everything if you've only gotten one box. Well made for the price. Assembled very easily and it's sturdy when assembled. I recommend putting some paste wax on the extending runners. It slides out a lot easier if you do. As a Cabinet, Furniture maker, I expected what I suspected. Slammed together (brad nails sticking out 1" in the magazine box), nuts not secured on the rollers that went missing. Pullout is tight; I'll put some wax on the boards to make it smoother. Oh, and dont follow the instructions connecting the pullout assembly to the ends. Lay it upright ( so you dont or cannot connect underneath). Then pivot it upright. CNC drilling for connecting hardware is perfect. So the holes line up. I slept on it for one night already and it is comfortable for me because I like my mattresses to be a bit firm. You can always add a mattress topper for extra comfort. Love this little couch and bed. It’s really solid and looks great. We will probably get a mattress topper for more cushion but it’s not really needed. Very easy to put together! The only issue was it was late getting delivered.
