I was really impressed with the quality of this crate—it feels much more heavy-duty than I expected. Assembly was quick and hassle-free. The wheels on the bottom are a great addition, making it easy to move around when I need to rearrange the space. Because it's so solidly built, I'm actually planning to add a wooden board on top to turn it into a combination crate and side table. Perfect for maximizing space! Highly recommend if you need a secure, well-made crate.

I originally purchased two of these kennels. After the first kennel experienced structural failure, the company sent me a replacement kennel. The second kennel that I purchased also failed. The replacement kennel that the company sent also failed in the exact same manner. That means a total of three kennels failed with the same type of structural defect. After inspecting the failed areas, it appeared to me that the supports and grating were attached using tack welds rather than being fully welded out. In my opinion, this is why the support structure repeatedly failed under normal use. The bottom grating began separating from the supports. Metal spokes lifted upward and created sharp protrusions that injured my puppies. As the supports underneath bent and separated, gaps formed in the flooring. These gaps created situations where paws, toes, and legs could become trapped. One puppy became trapped when structural separation created unsafe spacing between metal bars. Other puppies suffered cuts, scrapes, and injuries from exposed metal and lifted grating sections. What concerns me most is that this was not a one time failure. The first kennel failed. The second kennel failed. The replacement kennel failed. All three kennels experienced the same type of structural failure. I contacted the company regarding these repeated failures and requested replacement after the replacement kennel itself failed. The company informed me that they had already issued a refund and previously sent a replacement kennel and that their after sales obligations were complete. I was told to settle the matter on my own. To be fair, they did provide a refund and they did send a replacement kennel. However, when the replacement kennel developed the same failure, no additional solution was offered. If it were possible to give this product zero stars, I would do so without hesitation. Based on my experience, I do not believe these kennels should be used for canines. I believe they present a safety risk to animals due to the repeated failures involving the tack welded support structure, separated grating, exposed metal spokes, bent supports, and the potential for paws, toes, and legs to become trapped. In my personal experience, these kennels may be adequate for smaller dogs. However, based on the failures I experienced, I would have serious concerns about using them for medium or large dogs. Although the kennel is advertised as suitable for larger dogs, my experience was that repeated structural failures occurred when housing dogs of that size. Because of the injuries and safety hazards I encountered, I would not personally trust these kennels for dogs over approximately 30 pounds. Based on my experience, I believe the failures I documented created a risk of serious injury, including trapped paws, broken or injured toes, cuts from exposed metal, and other preventable accidents. I have retained photographs documenting the failed welds, separated grating, bent supports, hazardous gaps, and the injuries that resulted. Anyone considering purchasing these kennels should carefully review the construction and decide for themselves whether they believe it is safe for their animals. The kennel was easy to assemble; it took little to no time to put together. I was impressed with how well my dogs slept after getting this kennel. They were extremely comfy and didn’t move as much as they did in the old one. They also have much more space than they did before! The durability of the material is not easily broken down so far, because the bars are pretty thick and strong. Therefore, my cannot chew on them easily. I love that the underpad can go on the pan under them, instead of them being directly under my dog. The only thing I am concerned about is the latch to open/close. My dog got pretty clever and figured out how to lift it, but hasn’t escaped. Otherwise, I think it’s a good product for the price, and I bought 3 in total.

I really like it. I have some issues with it though. The first being the instructions are just wrong. It said it was supposed to have way more bars than it actually did, it's like they stole the instructions from something else just like this. It took me FOREVER to set up. I'm talking hours, though some of that is my fault. But it's honestly really nice. But it definitely has some issues. Your dog can 100% reach it's paws through and grab stuff. My dog likes to drag blankets in if I leave them out. The locks are all talk good though. No issues there. It's a little noisy though. Definitely larger than most kennels, probably bigger than needed but it's nice if they stay in a long time. It's easy to move around the room with wheels but doesn't fold and couldn't be taken on vacation or anything like that. Once it's there, it stays. It's easy to clean which is nice, very easy. Overall I really like it but it for sure has issues.
