Be aware - the 18" rise was really tall when we added out 16" mattress atop it. Not to mention the additional loft of blankets. I'm tall, but shorter family members almost need a running start to jump onto it. It's very sturdy and easy to assemble.

Very sturdy but without a box spring I did have to line this frame with wood underneath my mattress to support it from get pushed through the metal bars (it’s a memory foam type of mattress) but it holds more weight than probably ever needed.

Great bed frame! It is very high - 18” off the floor plus the height of your mattress, but it is well built, assembles easily and doesn’t move. I especially like that the mattress sits down about 1/2-1” into the frame to keep it from sliding on top of the frame like other similar models. Highly recommend.

This is the product I wanted to take a while to write a review on. I originally bought this because I was honestly looking for an alternative to ANY wood the squeaking with wood box springs was terrible. My main concern at first was if it would hold or come apart but this right here held up! It is definitely none slip your bed won’t move. It’s not too high up. I will say those corners might catch you a little but just being aware of where you’re walking will help. Both I and my significant other are plus size and this thing is sturdy. No squeaking, no pain, or no complaints after months of using it. Honestly if you’re worried about the assembly I was able to assemble it myself within 30 minutes.

The directions were straight to the point, all of my hardware was intact and they provided extra just in case.. I put this together by myself in an hour. The only gripe I have is those damn hexagon screw drivers being so small but that’s standard I guess… this was a good buy

I absolutely love this frame and the amount of storage room it has under it! I was worried about sturdiness because I have a kid that loves to jump on my bed and no issue. I’m plus sized so that was another factor and it works perfect! One thing that I’m iffy on was how much the ends stick out/ how sharp the corners are and honestly that’s more so to die with my mattress and it just took getting use to not walking so close to the bed but over all 10/10!
