It's always a little sketchy to order something like a bedframe online, especially one at this kind of price point. I was especially skeptical because both of us are fluffier people (one of us is ~250 lbs, the other is ~350 lbs). HOWEVER -- this bed was super easy to assemble, and we have had NO CREAKS, SQUEAKS, or other complaints!!!! With two of us, it took maybe 30 minutes to assemble? If one or the other of us was doing it alone (possible but would've been a little harder, I imagine) it would have taken longer, of course. But it is doable if you are alone! We've been sleeping on this frame for about two weeks now, and we absolutely love it! We got the 18" high option, and it's nice and high up off the ground, and like I said - no squeaks or creaks at all! And I have to mention - both of us turn and flip over a lot during the night, so if it was going to groan and complain, I imagine it would have by now. We haven't tried storing boxes or anything under it yet (part of the reason we got the higher bed, besides not wanting to be low to the ground) but it has plenty of space so I imagine storing tote boxes or anything else wouldn't be a problem. We absolutely love this bed and as of two weeks into sleeping on it, we recommend it to anyone who needs an affordable but still sturdy bedframe!! We'll definitely be keeping this one when we upgrade to a nicer, fancier, more permanent bedframe! Hope this helps!

I was tired beyond words of my bed frame. It had no lip to keep the boxspring in place, so I was constantly pushing it back into place and fixing it. I saw this one and the price was right, so I got it. It didn't take long to put together and it feels pretty solid and secure. We have a split cali king box spring. Both pieces fit in, but it took some working at it to get them to fit down in. I think the biggest issue was just that the frame wasn't 100% square at first, so it just took some wiggling and jiggling everything into place. Now that my mattress and boxspring are on it, I just love it. No boxspring and mattress sliding and needing fixed. No squeaks. I got more storage space too since this one is 3 inches taller than my previous ones. I can use even taller tote bins under it for storing clothes. And since there is only 1 support in the center, I am not restricted to working around other support legs. You really get maximum storage space with this one. Definitely recommend. Doesn't take up excess room, but allows for maximum storage and it is sturdy and quiet. I am very happy with it.

I bought the Full Size for my son. It was a quick set up. Tightening the bolts was a bit hard on the fingers. I used a washcloth the hold the screw driver part given with the bolts, this did the trick. Height is great - it goes to right at my my son's thigh, he is 5'11. He weighs 344lbs. This is a very sturdy bed, the quality of metal is strong and solid. My only issue is - the rails are not at least welded into the frame . One of the rails at the corner falls out consistently if moved even slightly. My 14 year old nephew is 5'11, weighs about 130, he sits in this area of the bed and has to be careful in movement. (Gaming) Anyhow, overall, its a great bed. However, we are considering welding the pieces where the rails are. :) Thank you.

I like to jump into bed and for the last 7 months, it has held it's promise...and my wife and I. So far, there isn't even a sound when I get out of bed and no shaking. Pros: Very glad for this purchase, its super sturdy and I can fit crates under the bed. There are depressed edges that hold the mattress in place. I put in a Bunkie board and there was still enough edge to hold the mattress. Sturdy, and quiet for adult activities :) Looks cute! Did I mention I can fit small crates under it. Its tall, for me this is a plus. Fits a queen mattress and has connectors for a headboard. Cons: Two of the screws stripped while I was trying to construct the bed. I went to a hardware store and got new better quality screws. Problem solved, but slightly frazzling. Heavy, may want to get a friend to help if you need to pull the box up stairs. I had to deconstruct mine outside of my apartment and move it in pieces. Sharp corners -- I am not prone to knocking into the bed corners as I exit the bed on the side, but the corners are no joke. You will need the Bunkie board, the bars are too far apart for spring mattresses, and questionable for foam mattresses.

I ordered this bedframe in a queen size. It is very nice and I love the amount of room I have under the bed. It seems very sturdy so far, doesn't squeak, and I haven't had a single crossbar fall out yet like other people have mentioned. I will say, it is a little confusing to put together due to the instruction being very basic, but if you take your time you can have it built in about an hour by yourself. The only problems I encountered we're no washers to tighten this thing down, go buy some, they're like $2. I also used some lock tight on the bolts to make sure it's secure. Also make sure you double measure if you get a headboard, because this frame is a little wider then a standard queen, so I had to manhandle my headboard frame a little to get it to fit securely. Also make sure if you get a headboard that it comes with the attachment pieces bc the frame does not and my headboard did not either.... So I had to make a second trip to the hardware store. All in all great bedframe. Plan to buy another for my guest room.
