Very good and amazingly energy efficient
This is a very good dehumidification unit the app makes it very nice to be able to program it or control it from your phone it's also very energy efficient I have measured it only drawing 2.9 amps on high which is very low consumption because a lot of dehumidifiers will draw over 5 amps sometimes even 8 amps so overall I'm very happy with this it's quiet it works well it will dehumidify a very large area fairly quickly great value for sure. ... show more

Stay away from BOGLVR
Do NOT buy this product from this seller. You will see a similar review from another buyer. After about 6 months the compressor would not come on. Regardless of the setting only the fan runs and it is non stop. I have followed all the sellers requests to trouble shoot and sent in a video. They initially attempted to help. Once they realize the unit is defective they ghost you and do not honor their 1 year warranty. I will not buy anything from this seller again. I have reported the seller and their practices to Amazon so hopefully nobody else falls victim, I bought two of these units, and one completely stopped working in 6 months and another one starting to fail, as it now collects less than half of water in the tank as before. I contacted the seller, and they asked me to try different things over the course of 3-4 weeks, and post videos, which I did. They even asked a ridiculous request of turning it on while leaving my front door and windows open....certainly not the environment I run this in in summer months in Florida. After I sent them another set of videos per their request, they went completely dark on me. I tried to contact them multiple times, but they disappeared on me. It's clear to me they will not honor their warranty. This product won't last long, and the seller is less than honest and credible. STAY AWAY!! ... show more

The app control ended up being way more useful than I expected
I originally picked this dehumidifier because of the coverage and size, but the feature I’ve ended up using the most is the app control. I honestly thought I’d barely touch it, but now I use it almost every day. If it’s been raining or extra humid outside, I’ll turn it on before I get home so the room already feels comfortable by the time I walk in. I also like being able to check the humidity level from my phone instead of going downstairs to look at the machine itself. Small feature, but surprisingly convenient. The controls on the unit are simple too. Changing modes, adjusting humidity, or setting a timer only takes a few seconds and doesn’t require digging through the manual. The child lock has also been useful because my nephew presses every button he sees. Didn’t think the app would matter that much when I bought this, but now it’s honestly one of my favorite features. ... show more

Terrible service
Defective product, tried to contact the manufacturer but they wouldn’t respond. Tried to have Amazon help me with a resolution, but was advised this was sold by a 3rd party. I asked who and was advised Woot. I then asked who owned Woot and the reply was Amazon. Bad product, even worse customer service. ... show more

Great for protecting books and keeping humidity under control
I have a lot of older cookbooks that I want to protect, and this has been a great extra layer of protection, especially in high-humidity areas. It does a great job pulling moisture out of the air and helping keep things at a more stable level. I’ve noticed a difference in the room pretty quickly after running it, and it’s given me peace of mind knowing my books are less exposed to humidity damage. It’s also easy to move around and simple to use. Overall, a really solid option if you’re dealing with moisture issues in a home, basement, or storage area. Includes a drain hose
This dehumidifier works really well and has been a great addition to my basement. It pulls a surprising amount of moisture out of the air and keeps the humidity at a comfortable level. The settings are easy to adjust on the touch panel, and I like that it can also be controlled through the Smart Life app, which I haven’t had a chance to set up yet. It runs pretty quietly and is easy to move around thanks to the wheels. The tank holds a good amount of water, and I appreciate that it also includes a hose for continuous drainage so you don’t have to keep emptying it. This hose has been a game changer for us… drains right into or sump pump hole in the basement floor. Overall, it seems well made and does exactly what it’s supposed to do.
