This is an amazing dehumidifier at an affordable price. I bought a Honeywell 50-pint dehumidifier that stopped removing moisture from the air within 6 months. It was under warranty, so I contacted Honeywell and sent them the required pictures and videos. They told me they didn’t have the model in stock to replace the unit, which was not true. I looked online and saw that the same model was available through them, but at an increased price of nearly $200 from what I had paid. They gave me my money back, which I assume was best for their pocketbook. They would not replace the unit which they were now selling for a much higher price, and they didn’t have to pay the shipping. If they were reputable, they would’ve replaced the unit as the warranty promised. With extremely high humidity and health issues in our home, I needed a working dehumidifier. Frustrated that they would not send me another unit, I began researching other products. I chose this Aeocky 4500 sq ft dehumidifier and love it. Its sleek design is appreciated. It has all the features that the Honeywell had. It is extremely quiet running the fan, on low speed, and it seems to take more water out of the air. It has a reservoir or you can use the pump or the continuous drain feature. It is a variable speed and gives you the ability to set the humidity you want for your home. I could not be happier.

I have run this dehumidifier 1 week. I am extremely impressed by how quiet and efficient it has performed. It replaces a dehumidifier that I have used in my walk out basement for over 20 years. It is comparable in removing humidity but much more quiet in performing its job. It is easy to set up and to use. The manuel is clear and concise, and operating is intuitive. The pump function of the AEOCKY dehumidifier is a huge advantage. I can run the drain line into my shower drain obviating the need to empty the water tank reservoir. The dehumidifier has 3 fan speeds. All 3 performance more quietly than my previous dehumidifier. If it lasts as long (over 20 years) as my previous dehumidifier I will be extremely satisfied and impressed. So far, I believe this product provides great value for the money.

This is a nice unit. It is quiet but not as quiet as I had hoped. While it is advertised to read humidity more accurately then other home type hygrometers I have not found that to be the case. I have 4 other hygrometers in my home because I’d acoustic musician instruments. While each of them reads the humidifier within 1 - 2 percent of each other the Aeocky is almost always 5 percent higher than all of the other 4. I attempted to contact Aeocky but you have no option to call and the paper work on line is very cumbersome to fill out. The required serial number is either under the machine or in the water tank. So this means you either have to empty the machine and turn it over to get the number. Once that is done the machine should sit upright for 6 hours before restarting. It would have been so easy to print the serial on the paperwork so it is easy to get to. Aeocky does a great job of marketing and advertising but not so much on things that help a customer. Overall it is a nice unit but don’t expect this to be the end all unit. I have another different brand of humidifier that is also advertised to handle 4500 sq feet that is louder and has other problems than the Aeocky, but it removes the moisture much faster. Not sure about how long it will last. My other machine is running strong after 3 years and I expect this one will run at least that long.

April 2026. Less than a day in, but am very pleased with the “80 pint per day”unit. Seems to be condensing about 1.1 pint per day under current conditions here today. A good rate. Is “quiet.” Metered, running in “comfort mode,” compressor on, fan on high, it appears drawing 287 Watts per hour. Efficient! Using it in a basement, about 1,400 sq ft., 60% stand up, concrete floor, 40% crawl space on packed sand. In SE USA. Typically very humid in late spring, all of summer. Not quite to that yet, but basement was at 65% when first turned on. Is at 62% now. Likely will be several more days completely drying out. Extremely pleased with the item. Recommend it.

This dehumidifier has been a genuine quality-of-life upgrade. For years I dealt with the daily chore of emptying a water tank — and I don't miss it for a second. Deciding to go with a model that has a built-in pump, and connecting it directly to the sewer, was absolutely the right call. The whole system just runs on its own, quietly and efficiently, in the background. Speaking of quiet — it really is impressively quiet for a unit this powerful. If you're on the fence about getting a dehumidifier with a pump, stop hesitating. It's worth every penny.

This is the third dehumidifier I have bought in last 6 months. I have some real issues in a back.bedroom. The first was basically a table top unit. I have more chance of waving a qtip around to collect water. I bought a bigger unit and it worked ok. Might even be this brand. I need to look. Then I ordered this one. This thing is a beast. It feels hefty and it puts my other one to shame. I thought the other one was doing a good job until I got this one. I'm truly amazed how much water this thing pulls from the air everyday. I only know three dehumidifiers but this one looks, feels and performs way better than the other two. It was also the most expensive one. Worth every penny! Wish I had bought this first
