The table was easy enough to put together, and works great (besides the high and low settings being switched.) I would've preferred the blue glass stones shown, but the lava rocks it came with are okay. We had a really windy night a few weeks ago, and somehow the glass surround got a pane broken (the table had the cover on and was on a covered patio protected by walls on 2 sides, so not quite sure how!) I contacted the seller to see if I could buy a replacement piece, and they sent one for free. Awesome! Now I just need to figure out how to replace the cover and ignition button my puppy messed up... ... show more

Even though it arrived damaged during shipping (corners bent) the seller immediately sent a replacement part to make it right. Easy to assemble and works great. Definitely a good purchase for the money.

Looks great. Works great. Shipped w/o the glass windsheild but customer service got on it right away to ship out. The carrier destroyed it in transit and they are in the process of second replacement. Outstanding service!

Great product that came with dented corners at the top frame apparently due to rough transport. Contacted customer service and a new metal top assembly was shipped out in a few days. Really enjoy the table especially pleased with sturdy construction and the glass wind shield. Highly recommended.

Let me start by saying this is just another example of these overseas companies selling as much as they can for a short period of time then removing their registered business on Amazon before the warranties and complaints start hitting hard. When I received this I went to put it together and two of the frame holes were stripped. Well, okay I'll tap them with some spare american stainless I have. Mistakes are made. I tried to mount the base to the frame and the frame was massively out of square. Okay I have a come-a-long, a tree, the hitch on my truck and some ratchet straps. Squared the frame.. 3hrs after rebuilding a brand new product the fun begins. It will NOT stay lit no matter what. Get the instructions from the company on trouble shooting and start disassembling. Here we go! Thermocouple is bad, thermocouple is loose, igniter is loose, propane feed line is loose. NO SEALING ON ANY PROPANE CONNECTION!!! This thing was hemorrhaging gas. It was essentially a bomb. Please PLEASE check every single thing on any of these fire pits regardless of who makes it because they're all made overseas and no one puts any effort in any more. Also, Amazon is filtering out negative reviews. Why? Who knows but probably to get more sales. ... show more
