The media could not be loaded. I know this is a outdoor fountain but it works great as an indoor one too. It doesn't splatter like the other tall fountain we had gotta from another company. Which was leaving water everywhere and had to return. I put this one on low and it is perfect. The sound of the water isn't too loud but also not too light because I didn't want it to sound like an open faucet trickling. Lights are bright I got mines close to the wall and at night you can see the water movement reflecting on the wall my whole living room feels like an oasis. The whole setup was easy the motor is completely silent can't even hear it pumping which is great. I put it on for a few days to rinse off anything left from the factory you can see the water forming that's natural ill Will be changing the water today and add a fountain cleaner liquid to the water. Love everything about this fountain.

The media could not be loaded. Love it so far!!!! Looks better than I previously thought. Sounds so relaxing. Has 2 plugs. One for pump and one lights. Flow is great and the lights are bright. I think when I drain it to clean or store I will use my wet vac. I will also spray with Sunguard soon to protect it. I did also buy some algae cleaner for later if needed. So far I’m loving it and I hope it lasts a long time.

The media could not be loaded. VERY well made and arrived in perfect condition. This waterfall is made very well and is absolutely beautiful! MUCH cheaper than any other waterfall I have come across anywhere. The water flows perfectly and it’s fully adjustable. West the pump to 1/2 pressure and it doesn’t splash and water whatsoever outside of the waterfall. I built a indoor river garden and I couldn’t be happier with this waterfall.

DEFECTIVE-I paid almost $500 for this item. It has been up and running for a little over two months. The paint is already chipped off showing the plastic underneath. It's not just chipping under the top waterfall...it is chipping EVERYWHERE. The aesthetics of this item are ruined. I previously owned a similar smaller one that I had for 7 years (different company)--ran it every day for 7 YEARS and not a single chip in the paint. POOR QUALITY--DO NOT BUY
