I used this mount on a new 75" Samsung TV that weighed 70 lbs. Installation was not difficult . Fortunately, the studs were exactly 16" apart. If they were just an inch wider, this mount would not have worked as the outer most holes were exactly 16" apart. Make sure to measure your stud distance before purchasing. Once mounted, the TV sat well and was easily moved away from the wall. Although I have no doubt that it is securely fastened, it felt like it could have been more solid when the TV was pulled all the way out. That said, for the money it was still a good value.
