Didn’t require instructions; there are 7 sticks that come with each base. 3 short, 3 medium (in 2 pieces), 1 center tall (in 2 pieces). We inflated the balloons to 9-10”. We used Mylar shape balloons in the center. This was a Beatles themed party, so we had a raccoon, a sun, and a submarine as the center balloons. Took a little fiddling with the Mylar to get the tail to stay, but worth the effort. The look came together perfectly and better than I imagined. For added support, we used clear scotch tape on the bases and they stayed upright. Some of the Mylar flopped over by the end of the night if it wasn’t in the cup just right. Also, sturdy enough I could have saved them for reuse, but the kids started using the sticks as weapons by the end of the night… consider yourself warned. I will definitely buy these again.

Inexpensive and easy way to display party balloons without a helium tank that is expensive and hard to dispose of. Didn't come with instructions which was mildly frustrating until I figured it out myself. A simple page of 1, 2, 3 instructions would be nice. Had to tape the bases down because the balloons kept falling. No bid deal for me. Overall I was happy with the product.

The one in the middle of my photo is this item. A little difficult to assemble. I don’t remember instructions coming with it. But if I figured it out, you can. (3 sticks stacked) (2 sticks stacked) (1 stick) I used 12” balloons & had to cut a couple sticks down to make it look right. The base is very sturdy, no tipping over. They turned out beautifully. Many compliments. Side note: in the pic, the 2 (3 balloon bouquets) on each side are from a big package of 16” balloon sticks that come with the thingy to hold the balloon to the stick. Love them too. Also cut 2 down to make them tiered like middle one. Heavy or wide bottom vase required. Or hot glue small vase to a 4x4 tile for stability is what I did.

This is a great addition to any party, better than just having balloons all over the floor and no helium required. Helps create a festive atmosphere and so easy to put together and reuse for any occasion. They were very stable in with a fan blowing next to them. Great value.

I was looking for something to use as a table top or counter accent of balloons rather than just the typical hanging of balloons from something on the wall or ceiling. I found these and purchased them even though some of the reviews were negative and there was an alert before I bought it that said to be cautious because this item is often returned. Stand is wonderful, it was packaged meticulously and even though there were no instructions it was very simple to figure out how all the plastic pieces went together. So happy I didn't move to the next product when I saw some of the negative reviews. This really is a wonderful product and I'm certain I'll get many years of use from it. As some people indicated, it is accurate that you wouldn't use this outside in the elements but using it indoors where there isn't wind is a perfect option!
