Elegant looking. Nice sturdy chairs BUT unfortunately the table not so much. Table is completely crooked and off balance. Took it apart and put it back together 3 times and got the same results every time (perhaps i got a defective one?). I was able to fix the balance issue by adding some adhesive felt pads under one of the table legs but because the table is also crooked the glass top does not fit properly and looks crooked as well. However it's still functional and don't feel like going through the return process. Tip: The cushions are very lightweight and they have NO ties. It often gets pretty windy where I live and I didn't want to keep having to bring them in everytime. So I used adhesive velcro strips underneath each cushion and so far they haven't budged! 👍

I was looking for some affordable seating to put around my fire pit on my deck. Deck furniture can be super expensive, so $200 for 2 chairs and a small couch was a steal. This is exactly what I was looking for. This is great seating for a fire pit. I didn’t put together the table, because that’s not what I got it for. I think I’ll gift it to a friend. Cat approved as well! Putting it together was fine once I got the hang of it. The first chair was frustrating, but I’m not very handy. Once I got that one together it was a breeze. I probably did the second two in half the amount of time it took me to do the first one, haha. Don’t go into this purchase expecting it to like like $1000 furniture with no assembly and you’ll be happy. It’s nice, aesthetically pleasing, and comfortable. I’m happy with the set!

The patio furniture is nice, a bit smaller than I expected, but nice. The directions certainly could have been better, and the allen wrench was awful. Fortunately, my husband had a set in his workshop with a longer handle. That made all the difference. The set seems comfortable, and I have not had it long enough to speak to sturdiness. The glass for the table was scratched, but at least I did not have to tighten it.

this is about the same price as similar products on amazon. compared to other products, here is what I have to say: - Good costumer service - Assembly is finnicky, with some holes and screws that don't line up, but from my experience with other products, that is just a given at this price point. I have other furniture that had similar issues at this price point, and my pergola, from a different vendor that also sells conversation sets had much more serious issues with hole/screws line-up than this piece. - seat is uncomfortable, but that is kind of tough. I have serious back pain issues, so I might be pickier than most, but this set is deeper and taller than most competing products on amazon, so that might be why my back doesn't get support, even though most people might prefer the bigger size, since people reviewing other products complain about them being too small, while this one is not. The seating pad is thin and the love-seat has a beam across the bottom, so you need to sit on one side or the other, but sitting in the middle of the love seat is not comfortable at all. That might be fixed by buying thicker pads. - the welds on some of the pieces are rusting under the weaves. That is restricted to the weldings, not the actual metal pieces, so I am hoping it won't compromise the integrity of the product on the long run. That might not be an issue for other people, since I have mine in a backyard that is currently watered twice a day, as I seeded new grass, so it stays wet all day for a month, which might be the cause of the rust. All in all, this is not a great product, but is better than competitors at the same price point, and looks nicer too. Not sure you can get better than this without going for sets that cost at least double as much.

Directions for assembly are vague and a power tool won't work so you are stuck with the allen wrench provided. It took over an hour to put one chair together and the strapping is already loose! The cushions are very thin and the furniture sits low making it hard for a older person to get in and out of. Why do I keep buying this crap on amazon!!! Spend the extra money on good assembled outdoor furniture at your local mom and pop store. Stop giving your money to big box stores. I'd send it back but that is just more work!!! Heed my advice!!!!
