I bought this power lift recliner for my grandma because she has some trouble getting up and down from her old chair. It was definitely a bit of an investment, but so far, it's been worth it. The chair showed up in three separate boxes, which made it manageable to move inside. I was honestly surprised by how easy it was to put together it only took me about 20 minutes, which was a relief. The fabric is super soft and comfortable, and she loves all the little extras like the cup holders and the USB ports. The best part, though, is how well it works. The lifting feature helps her stand up smoothly and safely, and the recliner goes back really flat, which is great for her afternoon naps. I even tried it out myself, and the massage and heat functions are a really nice bonus. You can tell it's built with two strong motors; it just feels sturdier and works more smoothly than some other chairs we looked at. It's comfortable, safe, and has all the modern features she could want. Definitely a great purchase for her comfort.

The chair is comfortable, the fabric is great, and everything works well. The massage is good — it’s just vibration, but it works for me. It’s a pity that you can’t adjust the footrest separately from the backrest. A 16-inch laptop on a stand fits well on my lap. Overall, it’s a good purchase.

This chair is very comfortable and we purchased it for an elderly person which had difficulty getting up on her own out of her traditional bed. It lays completely flat like a bed. When raised it helps lift a person back up to a seated position and even lifts slightly forward helping them get up. A feature that is great are the two separate remotes. One is for chair lift and function and the other is for heating / massage etc. This is great as it helps eliminate button confusion and does not to overwhelm an older user. The remotes are corded and the chair has a convenient loop which you can put them through. It keeps the remotes from dropping on the floor accidentally or falling into the seat getting "lost". The chair came in three boxes which made it easier to carry and the assembly is very easy. The color we selected was brown and it is nice and looks like real leather. The price was better than the local big box furniture place. We are very pleased with this purchase.

Excellent lumbar support, the pillow is a really nice touch. The lift function is very smooth. Brings you to a nearly standing position, making standing safe and easy. The heat feels so good! I love the tray table. I can charge my phone, and the cup holder is great. The massage function makes total relaxation possible. It reclines back to allow sleeping. It was so affordable, too. It's going to be so great this winter when it's cold.

I've had my chair for 3 months now. The chair was easy to assemble with two people. It's very comfortable and the material is soft. I love the wide seat, it's firm but comfy. The arms are wide and not too high. The pull-out side table is convenient, although mine doesn't sit level when locked in place. It tilts downward a bit but hasn't been an issue. I have medical issues that make it impossible to sleep on a bed. This chair has made lounging and sleeping so much easier. I have to elevate my legs due to inflammation and hip/knee pain. The infinite position on this chair makes it so easy to find the perfect combination to allow me to sit with little to no pain and fall asleep much faster than before. It's been a life saver! And the lift function makes it so much easier to get out of the chair in the morning when my back and legs have stiffened up overnight. The massage and heat functions were not a factor when purchasing the chair. That's good since they're not real effective. The massage is very gentle and barely noticeable. But every once in a while I'll turn it on before I go to sleep and it probably helps me relax a bit. It definitely doesn't hurt. Overall, I'm very happy with my chair and it's a good value for the money. I've recommended it to family members for their post-surgery recovery.
