This is a beautiful and for the most part comfortable chair. I love the material that covers it The heat and massage works. The lumbar support with the head rest all working independently you can always find a comfortable seat. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the placement of the massage in the footrest However, I think this chair will make anyone happy ... show more

    • Horrible Customer Service and Missing Controller

I received this chair and assembled it. The controller for reclining was not the correct controller for the chair. The pins did not match. The number of pins and position of them did not match the chair. The one for massage and heat worked perfectly. I sent a message through the link from Amazon that goes to the manufacture. I have done this several times with no response. (For two weeks). The company's website said that using chat was faster. I used the chat a submitted pictures that show the problem of the pins not matching. The response insinuated that I was not smart enough to align the pins correctly. And it was all my fault. Again, pictures were provided that show that the number of pins and alignment do not match. I hate this because the chair is nice and comfortable in the upright position since I can't adjust it. I am giving them one more week to resolve the problem or I will be forced to return this chair. I hate to have to do this because it came in three very heavy boxes and returning it will be a hard project. ... show more

It is really comfortable and I can sleep well on it. The motor is quiet and easily to use. I'd reccomend the chair control, which has a light, to turn it off after few minutes, and turn on when grabbed. That is why I am rating it 4 stars.

Not quite as big as I thought it would be, but still it is a very comfortable size. I am a 75 year old female and I put it together by myself. I have only had it a couple of days, but it seems to be perfect for my needs. I like the adjustable head rest and the fact that you can raise the footrest without laying back. Good buy ... show more
