It is really comfortable and I can sleep well on it. The motor is quiet and easily to use. I'd reccomend the chair control, which has a light, to turn it off after few minutes, and turn on when grabbed. That is why I am rating it 4 stars.

This chair is sooooo comfortable. Very soft and cushiony. Very easy to set up and use. The buttons on the controls are very self explanatory and also easy to use. A comfy lift chair with heat and massage, what more can you ask for? I will be having stomach surgery in a month and will need a lift chair to help get up and down until I start to heal up. This chair will definitely do the trick. It fits the bill perfectly. If you are looking for a soft, comfy lift chair with heat and massage this would be a good one to have. It was like sitting on brick with cardboard. When it extended to help someone stand it would wiggle. The seat heating coil could be traced with your finger. Also it was advertised for a 400 lb person. My husband is 5 ft 11 inches. His feet were hanging way off the chair. Needless to say we were not happy with the product. This is a beautiful and for the most part comfortable chair. I love the material that covers it The heat and massage works. The lumbar support with the head rest all working independently you can always find a comfortable seat.
