I live in Florida and the heat is unbearable right now and my central AC went out, I am currently awaiting my landlord to get the AC guy to come to the house, but in the meantime I have 3 dogs that are in the house during the day while I work so I bought this mainly for them. We got it yesterday and immediately opened it and got it set up and let me tell you, it worked wonderfully to bring the temperature in the house down. It wasn't a drastic change but it certainly helped and once the ice packs got frozen and I added them, the air got colder. This will definitely work for the dogs while we are waiting to get out AC fixed. It did nothing to cool the air. I returned it and hired an RV repair person. He fixed my AC so I don't need this item thankfully. I returned it.

I purchased two of these for a modular home. One stopped working shortly after the return window. The company’s customer service was topnotch. They sent out a new unit and it arrived with two days. The units themself seem to be doing the job and are working as expected.

I got this extra sturdy for when my AC went out. The ice packs that are included are a gam changer and kept the take full of cool water. It did not leak at all, there wasn’t much condensation either. The handles to pick up, or the wheels make it easy to move for which ever room you are in. I didn’t get it to cool a whole room, but when I aimed it at me it was great. ... show more
