Cannot figure out why this has so many good reviews. Ordered this unit and it immediately leaked all over my floor even after spending an hour troubleshooting it. Ordered a replacement and it did the exact same thing. Tried it with barely any water in the tank and still happened to both. Horribly designed and no sealant for the water dripping all over the inside. If you look up the product on google you’ll see the actual bad reviews for it, I don’t know why they don’t show up under the product on the Amazon app. ... show more

I got this little personal evaporative air cooler, and it is actually quite neat, since I can switch between three different speeds, low, medium, and high. And it is not just a fan, it works as a humidifier too, which is handy, especially if I am using it outside during these hot summer days. Plus, this air cooler has an LED light, with seven colors for me to choose from, so it is not just about cooling; it can set a nice vibe in the room too. I have been using this air cooler mostly in my room however, sometimes I take it outside to my porch. It is small, so it doesn't take up much space, and I can easily move it around if I need to. The airflow is decent for its size, and the different speed settings let me tweak it to how I like it. Overall, this compact evaporative air cooler has been a pretty solid buy.     • This thing is tiny and very light weight
Let's start out with the good. It's very compact, lightweight, and the wheels roll fine although it's so light, I don't really think you need them. The 4 ice bottles that are included are nice but to be honest, your only going to see a couple degrees difference using them. This is also not meant to cool a big room with. I would suggest to put this in a room around 120sq ft. Now the cons. The water tanks are small. You might be refilling it several times in a day. The biggest shock to me though is the two fold with the fan. First, 3/4 of the grates in the front are blocked. It's forcing all the air through the open side. I have no idea why this was done this way other than trying to possibly get a stronger air flow push. I worry that this may cause condensation on the back of the grates that you can't get to, to clean easily. And finally, the fan on high is pretty loud. I would say about 3 times louder than my big evaporative cooler that pushes out a lot of air. It's pretty tolerable on the medium setting though. For the price, it's not a bad unit. If your looking for a fairly cheep evaporative cooler for a small room, this might do the trick for you, just note it's pretty loud on it's high setting. ... show more

    • Cooling down the hottest room in the house
Our bedroom for whatever reason is the hottest room in the house in the summer time. We have all of the vents open and the air conditioner is blowing but it doesn't cool that room down very well. When we found this TEMEIKE evaporative cooler we knew exactly which room we would use it in. Setup and installation was quite simple. It has a 70 degree oscillation and can easily cool a room that is 250 square feet or less. It has dual water tanks to keep a good supply of water on hand and also has 4 ice packs which you freeze prior to using. It also comes with a 7 hour timer so it can operate all night long and shut off automatically. It isn't too loud either. Make sure that you only use distilled water when filling it up and be sure to clean it on a regular basis as bacteria builds up quickly in coolers. We were pleasantly surprised to see that about half way through the middle of the night we both got up and realized how cool our room was making it unbelievably comfortable to sleep in. This was an absolute wise move on our part to get this evaporative cooler. It's very well made, easy to clean and keeps our room cool. ... show more

One of the things I like the most about this unit is its portability. It's lightweight and compact design makes it easy to move around from room to room, or even take it with me on camping trips or in my car. The fact that it's rechargeable is a huge plus, as I don't have to go finding an outlet to plug it in. The three-speed settings are great I can choose the airflow to my liking.
