I have always had a lot of broken capillaries on my nostrils and cheeks. This wand can get rid of them in one use, but you have to hold the wand still for 10 seconds in order for it to work its magic. After placing on skin for a few seconds you will start to feel a tingling sensation, very similar to the "snapping rubber band" feeling from IPL laser treatment. After 8-10 seconds the tingling sensation goes away and I know it did its job. In other areas of my skin that do not have broken capillaries I do not feel this tingle which I take as this is 100% targeting broken capillaries. If you use constant motion like you see in the videos then it will not work, or at least not in one session. Very happy to find this as IPL laser treatments are super expensive!

OK. Didn't work correctly. The head is supposed to turn on when pressed against your skin. However, it only turned on if I held the unit by the head between my two fingers, not by the wand. And sometimes, not even then. It vibrates. A LOT. Not a comfortable, soft vibration. Like, vibrator on 10 vibration. On your face. The handle feels a bit cheap. I tried it on my arm as suggested. Was ok at first. Small rash developed an hour later. Update: the seller contacted me after I left this review. They wanted to remind me that skin has to be moist for the unit to turn on once touched to your skin. They suggested I should have used moisturizer or serum with it. Well, I did, in fact, have moisturizer on my skin. Perhaps if I had more moisturizer on and it was not already so well absorbed into my skin the unit would have turned on correctly. Although this doesn't explain why it turned on when I gripped the sides of the head with thumb and finger. It also does not address the issue of the extreme vibrating. Or the rash. I stand by my previous assessment. Based on my experience, I would suggest not buying this.

This wand is a dupe to the solaware brand. I used it every night for awhile and it was relaxing and I saw a little results. The metal piece protecting the heat outlet fell off on mine and I haven’t used it since. Only lasted a couple months

I'd been reading positive comments regarding the use of facial wands for a while. The ads that I saw on FB and Insta were for very expensive wands. I searched on Amazon and found this one. And I'm glad I did! I'm almost 62 years old and have always taken good care of my skin, so adding this treatment was a no-brainer. It is very light and easy to handle, the charge lasts a good time, and it responds well to turning the power off when you separate it from the skin. I use it 2 times a week after applying my serum at night and follow up with my night cream. I have traveled with it: takes up no space and can be charged if necessary with the charging cable. Love! Ladies, take good care of your precious skin!

Working two jobs and sometimes even three jobs a week is exhausting, and most of the time, I don't have time to pamper myself or work on my face. Thanks to COVID I have lost hair and gotten more wrinkles. I have expensive creams and devices, but don't have time to use them. So what I've liked most about this besides seeing something similar on websites that say celebrities use red light therapy on their skin is that I just keep the base right next to my computer and I can go over my face with the device. The convenience and portability is what make me give this five stars. Do I look like Angelina Jolie yet, no not yet--but I feel slightly pampered when I'm working at my desk on my computer.

It works fine for a few minutes but if I accidentally take it off my skin and try to put it back on it won’t work anymore. It’s fully charged and I have to wait hours to use it again and I have serum on my face.

This is a great tool, I used it everyday for about two weeks and feel my skin feeling softer. I would need to use it more often to see lasting results, but so far I have no issues. One thing is that it activates by touch, so you would need to push the wand against your skin for it to activate, sometimes it doesn’t so you really have to push it slightly more against your skin for it to activate. It becomes warm after a few seconds of activating which is nice. Kind of wish it would rather have an on/off button. Comes with a standing charger.
