The product might deserve a 3 but, combined with customer service it's a 1. The unit looked, felt, and sounded solid. I was happy. Until I tried to hook the hose to it. The fitting on the unit came apart, sending the spring and bearings in different directions. I thought it would be an easy fix and tried to go buy a replacement fitting. $60 in and it was clear that the fitting was proprietary; nothing else fit. In the meantime I had contacted what seemed to be an enthusiastic customer service center through their email. Whatever it is, they claimed on literature in the box, they would make it right. That's how much they cared. But, they didn't care enough to respond. Amazon offered a refund or replacement, which I was happy about. So, back it went for the refund. I didn't want a second device that used parts I could not easily find. It really did appear to be a decent company with a visually appealing product.

Great little air compressor for the size. It’s small but powerful enough for most home jobs that I would use it for. It was delivered quickly and was a few days before we could put it to the test. We used it for a painting project a couple days ago and its functions really well. It built pressure quickly so the air quality and pressure was great. Helped me knock out that job in no time. I’ve never had a compressor myself, because I either borrowed or rented one. This has proved to be convenient and well worth the investment.

The size and weight of this compressor are perfect for me to load into my van and take it to my work site. 2hp is enough for me to nail any wood. Strong and smooth. Although it sounds a little bit loud, I still like it. The tank is made of solid steel. Pretty safe and easy to handle. I will use it for painting soon. 130psi should be enough. It sure can handle the pressure.
