Very poor quality, especially for the cost. The boxes arrived with no damage, but upon opening the boxes and assembling we noticed gouges out of thr wood and scratches in several places. A couple of the metal drawer slides were bent but we had it all out of the box and the first couple steps in the assembly process done by the time we noticed this, so decided to just keep going. We bought this for a family member to use in a nursing home. I particularly like that it has a drawer that locks; she is able to have a few valuables that are important to her in her room. Ordered this for a little guest suite attached to my garage that used to be an office - it doesn't have a closet so I bought this. It came in two large, heavy boxes. The amount of hardware nearly caused a mental breakdown but I sallied forth and got it done. It's quite the project to put together, as I expected. No single part is too complicated but there's a ton to do. Took about 4 hours, and I had help for 2 of those hours. Take your time, make sure you have the pieces oriented properly, and you'll have success. Directions are poor at best so make sure to check and double check orientation of your pieces. The finish isn't very high quality, and it scratches and chips easily, so be very gentle when putting it together. This is to be expected for something this size at less than $300 delivered. What I wasn't expecting was the sturdiness of it, this thing is an absolute tank. I guess that's why it weighs 180lbs. Not a real quality piece of furniture I'd want to show off in my house or anything, it's very utilitarian but I would buy again, 4/5. ... show more

It came damaged. We were able to get it put together, some of the damage shows but we had already waited a week for it and decided to just keep it rather than deal with the hassle of a return. It doesn’t seem like it will last long. I understand particle board isn’t top quality material but I would expect it to be in good shape upon arrival! Customer service isn’t great. I got a couple of canned responses via chat and the phone number provided in the instructions is “no longer in service”. I wouldn’t pay $100 let alone the nearly $400 I paid. ... show more

I bought this because of the size and the color. It fits in the spot and looks OK, but it is cheaply made. This is to be expected with most flat pack furniture, but this unit is even more cheaply made than most. I am very disappointed with the closet. The engineered wood is of extremely cheap quality. If I had known the actual quality of the product, I wouldn't have paid even $50 for it. The item is overpriced for what it offers. To make matters worse, it arrived with scratches everywhere. The assembly is not sturdy at all, and I’ve had to glue everything together to prevent it from falling apart. I regret this purchase and would not recommend it to others. ... show more
