For anyone who purchases this everything is included you just have to unpack it some of the items are already attached Typical Chinese manual it's the basic manual and you have to figure it out from there there's a few things that are different or look different but everything's there. make sure it's level or it will list.. Edit- The square float is for the cover it will heat up within a couple of hours -without it It won't heat up at all...Buy a Skimmer!!! ... show more

Worked great in the beginning.. Now it makes aloud noise when I turn it on after it has been off for a day or two!! Seller gives a run around when I contacted them about the warranty on this spa saying that it is the filters!! It's not the filters because they are clean and nothing is blocking the air flow! Sent a link but it doesn't open!! 🤔 I hate now that I even purchased this item!!! ... show more

Very easy one person setup. The motor is built in to the sidewall, so it's nice not to have obstructions. Because this is 110V, the water does take time to heat up. I connected the hose to the washing machine hot water outlet and I had it up and running by the end of the day. The "pillows" are worthless for me. We have a pool but ever owned a hot tub. I felt like this would be a small step toward owning a larger one. But we love it and I think this one may be the only one we will ever need. Not such a large investment.

Easy to set up, I like how the pump and everything is built into the tub. A lot more roomy than expected. Works wonderfully, excellent for after work on those long work nights.
