It’s a great water heater and the water takes just a second to heat up. It small enough to fit on the wall without being in the way. The unit is pretty durable and easy to run. If you aren’t familiar with running electric you might have someone help you but it’s pretty simple to do!

The unit came extremely well packed and protected----nothing funky or weird. It is not very big and looks very simple to install. The actual unit looks really good and is very well constructed, nice materials and finish---also the water inlets and outlets are brass/metal and not plastic ----the temperature etc looks easy and straight forward to operate-----everything on this unit is very clean and assembled well----I only have one issue and its part the manufacturer and maybe in Amazon. This company makes several different models for different uses and water loads----the numbers don't really indicate (at least to me) very clearly that one unit is higher capacity as opposed to lower capacity so it confusing---the Amazon description (to me) makes it not as discernible---it says it, yes, but they make several models and I probably would have gotten the next unit up just to not have issues---I have not installed it yet but am relocating the unit closer to the usage so I am sure not to have issues, failures or lag in hot water----I have confidence because the unit is so well made but still concerned I may come up short. So 4 stars for not having installed it yet and also the lack in clarity in overall models available.

I already had the wire and plumbing ready. This thing works great. I set it at a low 113 degres and it is hot enough here in Hawaii. My electric bill went down over 70 dollars for 2 months straight after replacing my original 18k tankless with this one. My showers are within 15ft of pipe so I can’t really say for loss over distance on this model as my last model did not have a problem in our house hold for our 3rd bathroom shower at the time. It’s being worked on right now so I can’t say. But I love it. 😍 and

Installation took awhile because of differences in old fashioned 40 gallon water heater to the more modern wiring. We Had to install an outside breaker Box to accommodate the increase in size of the voltage breakers and the wiring itself also had to be increased in gauge. However the changes where not a hindrance and the unit is working well so far.By now several weeks have gone and the unit is no longer working properly. When I turn on the water it takes 10 min. to get warm water, after several more min it finally gets hot enough to shower as you have shaped up good (4_5 min) the hot water goes completely off, Am not thrilled to be taking a shower at the age of 82 in cold water. I received no invoice is method of registering a warrantee nor do I have serial number. This to notify you that the unit will be returned to the seller if you can not provide service.
