This water heater is just amazing. I just love all the room i have because of the tankless water heater but better then that is the amazing hot water that we are getting now. Our older heater did not make the water this hot. and i love that the temperature can be set to whatever degree you would like your water with grand babies in the house that is a big plus. Also very simple to install My handy man installed it very quick with no problems at all. It also brings everything you need to install it. Oh and the price was just unbelievable. I love love love my new water heater.

The media could not be loaded. Easy to hook up and worked perfectly. Great transaction. It is great for a tiny house like ours. Took up very little space and the water is nice and hot when we need it.

19 Jan 2025: Received fast, easy to install, replacement for different brand that failed at 18 months of use. This one is twice the physical size of prior one I had bought, no complaint with that. The fittings are metal and capped blue in cold red out got water. It came with clear instructions and 2 lines to connect to water system operating instructions and a card you can scan to link to online installation/ information (not tried) if your not sure read the instructions before starting and start buy reading everything first. I got everything connected then ran water through it for few minutes before turning power to it back on to flush the heating unit out and to remove any air pockets. The unit appears to be fair quality, I first set temperature at 121°F then adjusted to 113° for routine use. Then moved temperature to 105°F for a shower otherwise it would cycle more than necessary when I turned on cold water to moderate temperature. I definitely like the digital control panel, energy efficiency I'm not sure of yet. I definitely enjoyed being able to take a 20-30 minute shower and not running out of hot water or it shutting off. Washing a load of clothes doesn't phased it any. Now my water system is not a large one, 2 sinks, shower, washing machine and toilet in a small cabin. The pictures are taken from in standby to operating temperature that took maybe 3 minutes, the water temperature is probably correct inlet and outlet. It shows the water usage rate fairly accurate I think. After the other brand failed I was going to get a 10 gallon tank water heater but all of the models I found that size are 110v not 220v since I already had it wired 220 and limited space I ordered this one. I at first thought I should have got a larger unit but this as of a few days of use handles my current needs. Time will tell how long it holds up. After more time and use I will try to update my review.

This 14 kw unit is about the largest I could put on to the existing 60 amp double throw breaker circuit. It seems well built and produces the hot water that we need but has kicked offline with an "E1" error more than once which, according to the manual indicates insufficient flow for the set temperature. Flipping the breaker off and on resolves the immediate lack of hot water. If it happens again, I'll try setting the temperature slightly lower, at 120F instead of 122F. It could be that our house uses an on-demand pump to drive water around the house, including to this on-demand heater.

Purchased & had installed the Re14K in a rental home late July '24. Worked well until it didn't. So, Jan '25 rolled around along with unusually frigid temps for our area & the water heater just quit. Did some trouble shooting, but ultimately determined, the water intake sensor had failed. After providing detailed written information & pictures, I sent a video at their request. 10 days & 2 additional emails later, I was told the pipes must be connected backwards - on a water heater that has been functioning for 6 months! I assured them that the pipes were connected properly - which is clearly evident in the pics & video- & so, it was confirmed that the intake sensor must have failed. The company then offered to replace the part....so now we are 3 weeks in on this process. (FYI, the tenant in this home is a VERY GRACIOUS single female in her mid 50's, who has been without hot water in her home for 3+ weeks, & now has the flu!) Due to the extreme delays, I ended up purchasing and installing another brand, but thought I would be able to use the repaired unit elsewhere. Thank goodness I did, because six weeks later, I had not heard another word from them, and never received any replacement parts. At that point, I reached out AGAIN, & threatened to report them to AMAZON directly. 4 days later, my $$$ was refunded.
