We have mostly used this backpack sprayer to water outside potted plants. It holds 4 gallons of water, so when full, it weighs 42 pounds (8.82 pounds for the sprayer, 33.4 pounds for 4 gallons of water). That is somewhat heavy, but being a backpack makes that much easier. The tank, hose and sprayer are durable, I am very pleased for its design and build given the price point. I think this would make a great sprayer for feeding of plants and new planting areas, like grasses. You can dial down the pressure pretty far and make a nice misting.

This sprayer is so much better than the old fashion ones. Having the battery powered spray trigger is Wonderful. I have have joint issues and with this sprayer, I just turn on and let it do the spraying for me. I so wish it had wheels as it can get very heavy when full. It charges easily and works every time I have used it so far. The hose is reasonably in length, although I could stand a little longer so I did not have to move it so often. A longer hose would also be more cumbersome to handle so I can't complain. I generally only use 1 nozzle, but it does come with 6. It comes with a carry strap; if you are not careful, it can snap out of place, which is aggravating and I wish that was designed differently. While you can carry it with the handle. It is better for me to use the carry strap if it is full and I need to walk a decent distance away to spray. It is easy to fill and it has a mesh strainer to help keep out clump, dirt and debris. This helps keep from getting the wand clogged up.

We live on about 2 1/2 acres and like to maintain the property ourselves. That includes spraying the property for mosquitoes and bugs. We've had smaller sprayers in the past, but they required us to refill them constantly and often leaked. We thought we would give this larger backpack sprayer a try. I'm so glad that I did. The build quality is excellent. I would definitely compare it to more well-known name brands. The battery seems to hold up well too. I never spray for more than about an hour at a time but the battery keeps up the entire way. I mostly spray for mosquitoes around the property. But I've also sprayed for other bugs and even applied pesticides and fertilizers to my garden. I've had this sprayer for about six months and it still works like it did brand new. I'm really impressed for the price. If it develops any issues, I will update this review. As of writing this, however I highly recommend this wireless backpack sprayer.

Hey y’all! Friendly neighborhood RV park guy here again. This sprayer is SUPER versatile! Now, I can’t speak to the strength of the straps or how comfortable it is like a few others have talked about - honestly? We have it parked on the back of the golf cart and use it for weed killer. Haven’t had any issues with leakage, and a charge lasts us a good long while. Was pretty surprised at how far this thing can spray, actually, and the weight and build quality of it! Actually used it to wash my RV when it first came, and that was probably the first time it had been cleaned in a good while. Works the way we need it to, and we’re considering a second for the other park now.

Powerful sprayer, easy to use no pumping, long lasting battery. Like any backpack sprayer they aren't the most comfortable thing wear to wear, but it's the best way to carry 4 gallons of spray. We recommend it.

I recently picked up the 4.2 Gallon Battery-Operated Backpack Sprayer for my yard maintenance. First off, the 4.2-gallon tank is a great size – not too big to be cumbersome but enough to cover a large area without constantly needing to refill. The only minor downside I’ve found is that the sprayer is a little bulky compared to traditional hand-held options, but that’s to be expected with the larger tank and battery. Honestly, the convenience and power make it worth it. The battery life is impressive, lasting for hours of continuous use, and I love that it's rechargeable. The ideal part for me is not having to deal with cords or having to fill it with gas. The sprayer's six nozzles give you plenty of options for different spray patterns, whether you’re looking for a fine mist or a more powerful stream for larger areas. The 80 PSI pressure limit ensures a consistent and steady spray, even when the tank is nearing empty. Medium to high-pressure sprayers like this one with 80 PSI can handle more demanding tasks, such as spraying herbicides or pesticides, and they provide a stronger, more consistent spray that’s effective for larger areas or tougher applications. I only plan to use it for lawn spraying needs and it seems to be more than sufficient. Comfort-wise, the padded straps are a nice touch, making it easy to carry for extended periods without discomfort. The overall build feels durable and well-made, which is important when you're spending this much time outside with it. This is a pretty good little sprayer, but wearing it as a backpack feels difficult and isn't very comfortable. Note that filling the tank completely (about 4 gallons) makes this weigh quite a bit (about 32 pounds). The spray pressure is strong and the battery lasts long enough to empty the tank. The pressure decreases as the battery drains. There's a little voltage indicator, but it's at the back, so you have to remove the pack to check. So for regular usage, it's more convenient to just charge it before every use.
