This screen works well the only thing is the sticky strips. After 6-7 months they start to lose their hold. Currently I am trying to contact the company to see if they can send me replacements strips. If you use your laptop to watch movies you will notice that the screen will be affected and the brightness will not be as bright, even on the brightest setting.     • I wanted it to work but still has flaws

I really wanted to like this product but it doesn’t quite fit my computer screen for my Panasonic CF-54. I don’t like how I can’t clean behind the screen and if I try then I pull the screen off and I can’t put it back up. I emailed 3M to ask for assistance and never received a reply.

It works, but not very well. My goal was to be able to work and write in private when flying on an airplane. It'll accomplish it to some degree, but not to the degree that I'd like. I've seen others that offer far better privacy.

Utilized for my dell PC. Went on easily and works great. I've had it on the computer for about six months without anything negative to say about the product. Good choice for privacy and glare. Touchscreen functionality is unimpaired.

This review is not for the product itself, but for the description that described as "Used - Like New". The privacy filter itself is a great one that I've used for years. It provides a nice matte screen that maintains the touch screen feature of my laptop - and is perfect for when I'm using it while traveling. The matte finish actually makes it much easier to watch movies on a plane without the mirror effect of the display. I thought I'd save a few bucks and try a used one since I've had generally very good experience with this in the past. However, this product had a massive crease diagonally across the entire screen, which makes it completely useless. These used products are advertised as being checked before selling, but that clearly did not happen in my case. Thankfully, the Amazon return process is about as easy as it gets - and now this filter is on its way back. Once received, I hope it is appropriately filed in a circular container. ... show more
