I mainly bought these because I thought the colored bottom layer effect looked cool, but they actually ended up being way easier to use than I expected. On my Bambu P1S, I literally just swapped the build plate and hit print. No messing with settings, no changing plate types in the software, no recalibrating anything. It just worked right away, which honestly surprised me because I expected at least some tweaking. The effect on the bottom of prints comes out really clean and gives prints a much more unique look without adding any extra print time. It’s one of those small things that makes people immediately ask how you did it. I will say they seem to like brims/supports a little more than the stock plate does, especially on taller prints or parts with a smaller footprint. The stock plate still has slightly stronger adhesion in my opinion, but these still stick plenty well once you know what to expect. Overall though, I’ve been really happy with them. Super simple to use, they look awesome, and they’ve worked flawlessly on my P1S.

The material of this Wefuit build plate is on the thinner side, which is likely intentional to allow for better flexibility and quicker heat transfer from the bed. Despite being thin, it works fantastically well. The spring steel is durable and bends easily without deforming, allowing printed parts to pop right off with zero effort. The double-sided smooth camouflage and high-rise patterns transfer cleanly onto the bottom of prints, leaving a beautiful finish. It feels well-engineered for the Bambu system and delivers excellent adhesion and reliability.

This plate worked perfectly at standard PETG HF settings the first couple of times that I used it, then it failed to stick on all subsequent prints. So, after lots of forum searches, experimentation, and changing one variable at a time, here's what's currently working well for my Juupine holographic plate in my Bambu P1S with .4mm nozzle: * Scrub twice with IPA using clean microfiber cloth. Dry. * Choose the smooth PEI plate in Bambu Studio. * Close BOTH glass top and door * Preheat the chamber for 15 minutes by setting bed temp to 90C * Set initial layer to: Nozzle 250C, bed 90C, speed 25mm/s. * When print finishes, keep door and top closed and let the chamber completly cool down before removing the print. The above settings worked well for me on a 200x230 mm flat shape. Other settings I use on all my PETG HF prints on all build plates: No cooling on first 7 layers, aux fan off, 10mm brim for all large, flat prints.

The internet told me the adhesion for this plate was the best. The internet lied. I can’t get anything to stick. I did an overnight print with the Juupine plate and woke up to a blob of filament. I’ve never had a blob issue, and Bambu Labs says blobs are due to bad adhesion on the plate. Took forever to clean! I pulled the Juupine plate out of the way and put the Bambu Labs on the bed because I didn’t want anything I was doing to damage the new plate. Once I finished cleaning the mess I even went as far as to clean the Juupine plate. Tried the print again. The video is my result. Returning.

Took a chance and tried this plate on my p2s. Came out great, washed with dawn soap before print and dried thoroughly. Printer gave me warnings for detecting foreign objects on heat Ed and unable to identify the plate, but just hit ignore and continue and print came out great! Used the settings for the bambu smooth plate. I am happy with the results and the added aesthetic to my shelves for my skadis Ikea pegboard to hold my printed statues 🤘
