Overall it’s a solid build plate and I’m glad I bought it, but the carbon fiber side is hit or miss on bed adhesion. Sometimes it sticks fine, sometimes it acts like it’s offended by the filament. The other side works great and releases prints nicely once cooled. If the carbon fiber side were more consistent this would be an easy 5 stars. As it stands, still useful, just not flawless.

Adds a great etched carbon fiber appearance to my prints. Every once in awhile the build plate needs to be scrubbed with Dawn soap and a non-abrasive sponge. That fixes adhesion problems with print buildup that you can't see

Terrible product, caused the extruder to jam and the texture was damaged after 1% of the print was performed. WAY too delicate. UPDATE: I returned the product to amazon (after I assumed the product was bad) and did some additional research on these textured print plates. YES, they are delicate. NO you cannot use a bed scraper to get your print off of the bed. YES, the printer nozzle CAN ruin the build plate - but this is why you MUST do a FULL calibration on your bambu printer prior to printing anything with this textured plate. After my 1 star review - the seller asked me for my address to send me another textured plate (free of charge). After doing some additional research and fully calibrating my Bambu A1 prior to starting the print everything was flawless. Hats off to the seller, you did NOT have to offer a free product - my apologies for assuming the product was the issue when it really was my own ignorance in assuming a quick bed leveling prior to printing was all that was needed. Updating my review to 5 Stars for the service and product quality. Keep in mind, this definitely is not a "forever" build plate like some of the textured metal plates but for the many prints you will get from it, the results speak for themselves.

OK, so for all of you that have had issues, did you take the protective shipping plastic that is adhered to the plate off before printing (see 2nd pic)? LOL, I did not on my first print with the plate, and nothing stuck. The manufacture should add a little sticker on the plate to tell you theres plastic, or just extend it over the edge a bit; I just assumed it was that glossy. Once I removed the plastic, wow, wasn't expecting these results, they were awesome. For even better output, as seen on blue reel in first pic, I set machine plate settings to smooth plate. Used PLA, PETG and ASA

The media could not be loaded. These are a great value if you need or want a patern on your 3d prints. Now printing on very smooth surfaces is not for new hobbyist and can take a lot of work to get it right but it can be amazing when you get It right. Take your time, slow down, make sure you have adjusted your settings, and be ok babysitting your machine for a bit. Don't think it is a push the button and walk away. That will lead to failure.
