Got this for my wife for our anniversary, and she is thrilled with it. We are not particularly "big and tall", but I thought the 500lb rating would mean it would be more sturdy. Also, the rolling massage seemed like it would be better than the vibrating massage points of other chairs (it feels great), and the heated back and footrest were also selling points. And yes, it does recline, but you have to use the release under the chair and pull the chair back. Took less than an hour to assemble, with tool provided. Couldn't find any enclosed sheet describing how to turn on the massage and heat, but we figured it out. Can't speak about durability yet, since it is brand new. There are cheaper chairs you can find, but this is worth the money IMO. May get one myself next month, since my old chair is falling apart. ... show more

Honestly, this chair is much better than I expected. I sit in front of the computer all day, so my back usually hurts. The massage function on this chair is the real deal—it actually kneads your muscles (3D style), it's not just that weak vibration buzzing. The seat cushion is very thick and feels like a sofa. I also love the heating, especially now that it's getting cold. It heats up super fast. The chair is very heavy and sturdy, doesn't feel cheap at all. Assembly was easy, took me about 30 mins.     • What You Don't Know Until You Assemble It

This chair is not particularly plush or substantial but it is functional. Because it has a massage function the back rest has protrusions that work for massage, but think what it feels like when you lean back against them. My biggest complaint is the legs keep falling off. They have small ridges that are supposed to keep them attached to the central hub when there is a plastic sleeve that is supposed to secure them, but it has slipped off several times causing the chair to collapse and dump me on the floor. I am hoping I can prevent this by using gorilla tape. This would be easy for the manufacturer to fix but it as it is, it is poorly designed. Oh, the leg rest that extends out is flimsy. I've had the chair for a month now and the problem with the legs has become unbearable. I have had to secure the 5 legs with heavy duty tape and they still tend to collapse. I'm being forced to trash this chair and buy one that is more substantial. Be warned. I wouldn't buy this if I had known and once you assemble it it is nearly impossible to take it apart and repackage it to return it. ... show more
