So far meets expectations and more. Learning to be a demon with my new chair has been fun. Take it from a senior learning how to drive it, it is really like coming out of the stone ages with a joystick with the gas pedal and steering wheel blended together with magic brakes that fly on when you least expected it. Suggest you find a large spot to practice on. It does have power and turns in place so you can get around in tight spaces, is very small 23.5 inches wide so it can barrel down very narrow hallways and make sharp left or right 90 degree turns when bathroom runs are needed quickly. So I am having some fun… it also lets me travel around outside. On the down side, the rear wheels can slip on certain smooth surfaces but I have learned that usually comes from my over compensating pushes on the joystick on start up. Also suggest to be patient and let the battery fully charge before trying it out fully. This chair has opened real doors for me, well worth the price!

The purchase of this wheelchair is our first experience with such a device. We are very pleased with it! It's so pretty! The colors are so vivid. The chair is very comfortable and was quickly set up. My husband had it ready to go in to time. The only concern is that it sometimes has small jerking to it, like it wants to go when you stop it. Other than that, we have no complaints.

Ordered on May 18th as it said would be delivered 21st-25th. It didnt arrive until the 27th. I would have went with a free shipper if I’d know it would be late as it was needed by date it showed. The back wheel spins when taking off on all surfaces; smooth, carpeted and surface is level. It is light and easy to fold up

I’m a 49yr old male, 6’3” and 225lbs. I have Multiple Sclerosis and have a hard time walking. This electric wheelchair gave me my life back. I’m able to go to the stores, outside period! Beautiful chair, easy to assemble and operate. Has plenty of power and then some. I am starting back to work part time and this is giving me life! Definitely recommend, especially for the price you can’t beat it!!

I cannot express how happy we are with this electric wheelchair. Before purchasing, I spent weeks reading reviews and comparing specs, largely because I was worried about getting a unit that wouldn't work well or felt unsafe. I am so glad I took a chance on this one. From the moment we unboxed it, the quality was evident. It is easy to put together—literally just unfold and go. The first thing my husband noticed was how stable it feels. He is a heavier man, and many chairs we tried in stores felt tippy or flimsy. This one has a high weight capacity that inspires confidence; it doesn't wobble, even when he reaches for items on high shelves. The electronic brakes are truly a standout feature. We live in an area with some hilly terrain, and our old manual chair was difficult to manage on slopes. This electric model stops instantly and holds firm without any jerking motion, thanks to the smart braking system. It gives us immense peace of mind knowing he won't roll away if he stops on an incline. Additionally, the 'no tilt backwards' design has been a lifesaver when entering our home; we have a slight threshold that used to be scary, but this chair glides over it smoothly without tipping. Mobility inside the house is also excellent. Despite its sturdy build, it fits through our narrow doorways and hallways with ease. The joystick controls are incredibly responsive and intuitive; my husband, who isn't tech-savvy, mastered them in minutes. He now has the freedom to move from room to room and even go out to the garden whenever he wants, which has greatly improved his mood and independence. Regarding portability, I was concerned about the weight, but the folding mechanism is very well designed. Once the handles are folded down and the chair is locked, it stands upright on its own. This makes it surprisingly easy to load into the trunk of our sedan. It doesn't take up much space, and I can manage it without help. The battery life is another huge plus. It seems to hold a charge for a very long time, so we don't have to worry about daily charging. For the money, you absolutely cannot beat this product. It doesn't feel cheap; it feels substantial and well-engineered. If you are on the fence, just buy it. It has given my husband his life back, and I would recommend it to everyone I know.

I was nervous about hills, but the electronic brakes on this chair are fantastic! They engage smoothly and hold firm without any jerking. It feels very stable and sturdy, not cheap at all. It fits through our narrow front door easily. Assembly was a breeze, and the battery lasts longer than expected. For the price, you simply cannot beat this level of safety and performance. Highly recommend!
