My daughter plays several instruments. And recently she wanted to try the electric guitar. I chose this one as her first guitar and haven’t been disappointed. The finish is clean and professional - it didn’t feel cheap at all. It came mostly set up and we just had to tune it before she could start playing. As a beginner, my daughter said the action is low enough that pressing the strings wasn’t hard on her fingers. This guitar is lightweight and easy to hold. For the price, the sound quality is impressive. The look of it is wonderful. It's professional looking and pretty much stands out as a electric guitar. It's very playable but it has to be tuned up, and it's perfect. It is good for beginners and it's pretty durable as long as being taken care of. The only issue I have is the tuner. Especially the way it looks inside when the battery needs to be switched or added. There's a black circle thing blocking it but it's best to buy another tuner. Other than that, everything else is fine. It is for beginners, the amplifier is pretty good, but I always recommend to get a better one so the guitar could stand out with better quality. The strap to the guitar is not that great, because it looks cheap made but it's good to have another one. The bag is fine even though it's pretty simple. ... show more
