I have reviewed a fair amount of these cheap Chinese Lego knock offs, and let me say that this one is pretty freaking good. It’s not too far off from Lego quality with very easy to understand step-by-step instructions. Johnny five truly is alive in Lego form..

My son and I had a blast with this. I'm a child of the 80s, so Johnny Five was one of those nostalgia icons for me. I recently wanted to introduce my son to some of the movies I grew up with and I saw this and thought it would be a great activity while we watched the movies. Best. Idea. Ever. We finished this build just as the second movie was wrapping up. So, yeah. This is a great little project for you 80s fans, robot fans, and building block fans.
