Our American Bulldog- destroyer of all beds enjoyed it for a whole day before he decided to shred it. Once he made his mind up, the bed didn't last more than a minute. I purchased two of these covers - one for a dog bed that had no removable cover and one for a smaller bed that had a removable cover which was not waterproof. After surgery and with increasing age one of our dogs was having problems controlling his urine. These covers are fantastic and have made a huge difference. I no longer have to wash the interior beds. I just wipe up any "spills" and the bed beneath stays dry. The cover also does very well on the smaller bed. Can't comment on how well they stand up to chewing as that's one problem we don't have any more, but they have stood up to scratching well and seem very durable. I highly recommend the covers. They have kept me sane. And at a great price.

I baught this due my great Dane having incontinence issues. His last bed smelled bad because the urine was getting threw the warn out water proof cover. This bed is great so far because it's size, the jumbo is prefect for him 160lb. I have a urine pad on it as extra protection and even ordered the extra interior waterproof cover. So far great. The only issue is the bottom has no grip and my floors are vinyl so it slides. It's already really really loud. I am a heavy sleeper but even I'm waking up when he is moving around at night.

Bought this to make my own pet beds with old Sleep Number bed foam. Glad I did! Measurements were great so I could cut the foam to match. Zipper works great. Haven't tested the water resistance yet and I'm not sure it would be chew proof but my dogs don't chew beds anyway.

My new puppy loves to tear up his beds. So far, this bed has been indestructible. The first thing he did was pee on it, and the fabric repelled the urine completely. I do wish I would have purchased a larger size, but that’s on me. I’m giving it 4 stars because the bottom has no grip, so it slides around A LOT on my laminate flooring. The fabric is definitely not soft, but that’s expected given it’s durability. I recommend it for those seeking a tough, waterproof dog bed.

I was slightly disappointed the description it’s not really accurate, the large bed comes in 34” x 26”. I know 2” it’s not a big difference but I wanted this bed for both of my dogs.

So had this dog bed about a week now for my lab/rott big dog. Jumbo size suits him fine. Initially the foam seems fine, but the canvas cover is LOUD when he moves around, is running in his sleep, or has an itch. 🥴 If your dog sleeps in the bedroom with you, I would not get the canvas cover. I will be wrapping it with a blanket or rugto muffle the noise for the sake of sleep.
