Beautiful fountain, I just wish it was bigger. Not a cheap fiberglass shell but it is rather thick and seems molded out of some kind of composite material that appears it will be very durable and last a really long time. Had a strange leaking issue that involved the top tier. (it would start dribbling water out the back at the top after a few hours of running) Customer service is OUTSTANDING and is truly concerned and committed to their customers' satisfaction. Excellent communication. They sent me a new top tier and that resolved the leak issue. Totally satisfied, other than wishing it was bigger. (and if they will make one I will buy it :) You can buy from this dealer with 100% confidence in both their products and follow-up service (if necessary).

This fountain is beautiful! I had a smaller one for years. I was worried about having to refill it a lot, but that is not the case. The base has plenty of water which is not exposed to air/sunlight, so evaporation is minimal. I would like to enclose the plug/extension cord for outdoor safety. Make sure it's what you want. We ordered the wrong one at first and because of the weight, it was very difficult to return. Picture shows the LED lights, which are nice and not too bright. This was much less expensive than fountains at garden centers near me.

This fountain is fantastic. The lights are a very nice touch at night. Easy to assemble. Make sure the connections on the light wires are screwed down tight to seal them from water seepage and do check the water level every couple of days to make sure you don't burn out the pump.

The fountain is really nice and easy to put together. The water flowing sound is great. However, less than a year of purchase, I have been having to fill it every day. It is in a shaded area, so there is no evaporation. So, it’s leaking and I can’t find the leak. So, it’s getting less enjoyable because having to fill it everyday. Don’t know how to fix it.

Set this up at a low flow, sound of the water is not over whelming & the lights add a glow of mystery at night (a nice touch by the manufacturer). Addendum: It's been a week since I had received and set up the water fountain and It has already leaked water, from a small hole on the upper right side. This was only the second incident occurring with this fountain. Somehow the tube came off the pump and the pump itself did not shut off thus causing a flood of water on my patio. Though I did purchase a protection plan, I could not see a representative of theirs coming to my house to fix the inherent problems, and as it is too heavy to return, I fixed them myself. Perhaps my earlier five star review was too hasty as I should have waited at least a month before saying anything positive or otherwise. Now, I would give this product two stars, mainly for effort. The seller should be told of this, and Amazon should do it. A bad review of their product from myself would serve no purpose, it would only be one more added to an unwanted, dusty file. 2/3/2025 Addendum: The Junk Dealers hauled this piece of crap away today, I had it in a pile of junk to be gotten rid of. This water fountain started leaking a few days after I first began using it. Admittedly, I was too hasty in giving my positive review of this Garden Water Fountain, an error in judgement I hope not to make again. Leaking as though intended to be a sieve, the fountain's cracks were too many to keep filling. If I could give this a minus amount of stars, I would, but Amazon gives me no such option. My hope is that others do not make the same mistake I did in purchasing this.
