Great medium sized fountain perfect for use on a patio. Very nice looking yet lightweight. Super easy to put together. Love turning the light on at night and watching the water flow. Even the rocks that come with it are nice quality river rocks. Soothing waterfall sound but do be aware you can hear the motor running a bit. Definatley not too bad and would recommend. Really nice additional to our new patio.

Arrived earlier that projected, was put on our porch out of sight, was in excellent condition, had all of the parts, had directions, went together easily, has a light in both bowls, and looks fabulous! NOTE: there is a piece of plastic in the water tube that needs to come out before using it with water, and if you put the rocks under the falling water, it splashes so much you could run the water out faster, so I positioned a canning jar ring (with the top of ring downward) so the water falls inside of it and then put the rocks around the ring that keeps it place. Love it!

This is a beautiful fountain. However, the lower parts with the rain type flow, get clogged up and I have to use a paper clip to open them back up everyday. It is very frustrating. When they are open, it's great. But then, I have to open them back up everyday. I do not like that at all. It is supposed to be an outdoor fountain and that is where I have it. I would not recommend it for outside.

The media could not be loaded. Fountain was delivered without damage and well packed. Assembly was easy and required no tools. We found that placing the included stones in the middle of debris screen created a lot of splashout and got the front porch all wet. So we placed them to the outside of the rim away from direct water contact. This solved the splashing issue and made the trickling sound louder which is what we prefer. The size is good for us and we dressed it up a bit by adding plants to each side and eventually some climbing vines behind it. Overall this was a great purchase and time will tell on how well it holds up.

I am sad because I love this fountain but had to send it back. It worked well - pump and lights. I like the bubbling of water at the top and the rain feature in the bottom bowl. The problem that I had with it is that the water level went down much too quickly. It was inconsistent in that one day the water would last at least 24 hours and the next day I would find the fountain almost empty in less than a day. It is too stressful to be worrying about it being empty and ruining the pump, Any other fountain I have had could go a full day or two before I had to add water.

The media could not be loaded. Looked at MANY fountains and decided on this one because of the look. When it arrived it was somewhat already put together so I assumed it was returned from another customer and sent to me. Still not sure. The box also had excessive packing tape on it at every seam. But all the interior parts seemed wrapped in plastic well, so not sure. When I put it together the instruction book does not mention the top bowl at all. The instructions are very difficult to follow because it tells you to hook things up that are already attached to other things that they don't even show a picture of or mention. They also mentioned putting the pump back through the back side of the fountain which is impossible, at least on mine because the hole is so small. But can easily be put in through the front side, it's just more difficult reaching the pipe and wires through the back putting your hand up the inside from the front. I believe whoever wrote the book never saw the product. But I got it together, filled it up and I'm enjoying it. They also mentioned the fountain needs 2.3 gallons of water but they also say in the pamphlet not to overfill it with importance. There is no guideline/mark inside the fountain to know where the maximum fill is. The catch screen that sets on the bottom bowl has a 1 and a 2 and an arrow on it but there's no indication or mention in the pamphlet of what it's for or if it's supposed to go in a certain way but it seems to be working the way I laid it on top the bottom bowl. It also is suppose to come with rocks which mine did not and when attaching the top bowl which simply sets on the fountain I had to run the water tube and the electrical cord to the light through the same pipe built inside the fountain and I was unsure of that because it's water and electricity. But so far it seems to be working well and I love the sound and I gathered my own rocks to put inside the bowl which I'm not sure if that's where they're supposed to go or not because one disappointing thing is the top bowl does not fill all the way with water and it leaves a lot of dry area exposed which is very different from the pictures they have on Amazon. All the pictures look like the top bowl is full of water, which I really liked. But when placing the rocks in the bowl it gives the illusion the bowl is more full of water, just don't cover the holes that are drilled in the top bowl to drain. So far love the fountain, it's only been 3 or 4 days, but I wish the instruction booklet was much better written in their directions, would have saved a lot of frustration and guess work. Would purchase again.
