Like most parents, I want to make sure my kiddo is safe in this big wide world without exposing him to an overload of screen freedom. This watch fit the bill perfectly. It's definitely set up for a younger child to use easily - the texting specifically does not allow for any actual typing (which is a bit young for my slightly older kiddo), however the interface is clean, the phone works well and he loves being able to contact us and other immediate family members himself. He also loves the other gadgets and the fitness tracker. I love that the watch rejects all unknown numbers and texts. The parent app is easy to use and control and the service to connect it to AT&T is inexpensive. Like any cell phone, the battery usually lasts the full day and we put it on the charging base overnight. It also has a superb "goodnight" feature which puts the watch "to sleep" during the overnight hours when he should be sleeping an not using tech. The only thing I wish it had was a few little games. My kiddo keeps a second "watch" on a lanyard that has several simple games which really help when we're waiting in line at the grocery store or other more boring place. They're enough to provide some occupation without being addicting in the way that smartphone games are. Overall, we're super happy with this watch.

I think the product works well and is put together well. I didn't like the random number that called before I was able to complete anything, however it does have feature to block unwanted calls. Everything has worked well so far and is very child friendly. The added features are much better than the watches I purchased for my child before. This item was much easier to use. I like the video calling feature and the app.

We got the TickTalk smartwatch for our 6-year-old, and we absolutely love it! The watch looks great with a beautiful color, and it functions really well. It has a ton of useful features, including music playback, a calculator, and messaging with parents or anyone who has the app. One of the best parts is the parental controls—parents can set limits on music and games, which is a great way to balance fun and responsibility. The battery life is solid, lasting a full day with moderate use and possibly up to two days if only used for school. The watch band is slightly on the shorter side—our son wears it on the third-to-last hole, so keep that in mind if your child has a larger wrist. The setup took a little getting used to for us, as the interface is different from an Apple Watch. It took about an hour to figure things out, especially since navigating requires swiping horizontally instead of vertically. But once we got the hang of it, everything worked smoothly. We opted for the premium plan at about $19/month, and we’re very satisfied with the experience. We’re not sure how the watch performs without it, but it might be worth considering if you want full functionality. Overall, this smartwatch is a fantastic choice for kids—it keeps them connected safely and gives parents peace of mind. Highly recommended!

After researching the many options out there, I selected this watch for my 7 yr granddaughter. She loves calling me on it. She loves wearing it. Battery life is good. The GPS is very accurate. It falls in the intermediate range for cost but doesn't seem to have any of the problems that cheaper kids watches seem to have. It was easy to set up and the $10/mo Tmobile phone connection is reliable and a reasonable cost for a phone line.

Great watch for kids. I got 2 watches for my 4 and 6 year old. They love it. It's easy for them to make calls and they love playing music on it. The GPS tracking is great. And the $10/mo plan is wonderful. The only downfalls are that the kids find the wristbands uncomfortable. I've tried finding stretchy replacement bands but can't find any that fit their tiny wrists. I wish they made alternative bands for this watch. Also, i don't like that to text you have to use the app instead of being able to send a text like you normally would. But overall, great value for the price.
