Very very cool. Not too bad to put together. Only thing is they gave us the wrong size bolts for the plastic cover that goes over the front tire. They slid right in and out of the holes so we had to get some others. My son loves it. Much better battery life than his last one. Requires keys in order to drive which I REALLY like because now he can leave his motorcycle outside a store and not worry about it getting stolen by a simple flick of the switch. Came with two sets of keys. Also has a very bright headlight that can be turned on or off to save battery. Really cool battery life indicator right on the handlebars so my son knows when it's getting close to time to return home for a charge. The only annoying thing is that the instructions say it takes about 8-10 hours to fully charge. But when it dies, it charges for only 2 hours before the charger light turns green, indicating a full charge. Since it's such a BIG difference in the time the manual says it needs, I always keep it charged for 8 hours with a timer, and then unplug it. The light indicator doesn't really help. Instructions say due to the speed, riders must be 14+ but it's honestly not that fast and my 11 year old handles it just fine. We live on dirt roads with really bad potholes and he hasn't had any issues or even fallen yet, and he hasn't even owned a bike or motorcycle in over a year, so not a lot of experience. It's very very cool and quiet when operating.

We bought 2 of these bikes. Our kids wanted matching bikes. Put together one bike and it did not hold a charge. Contacted the seller and did everything they suggested to try to fix the issue. The issue never got fixed and they refunded the bike and told me to dispose of it. Seller made me jump through hoops to resolve the issue which took a couple weeks. The second bike did not run good and the build quality just seemed not good. The seller was absolutely horrible to work with when we contacted them. When the seller finally agreed to take back the second bike it cost me $144 to send back the bike when I paid $232 for each bike and $19.99 for shipping for both. Once they received the bike they never refunded me. Have been dealing with Amazon and it has been an issue since after Christmas. Amazon finally made it right but I had to take an Amazon gift card since the seller would not refund! If I could I’d give them a 0 star rating. Terrible customer service.

Decent for the money. You cannot turn down the speed it's all controlled by the throttle and the kickstand hangs low so it really cant be driven offroad

Purchased for my sons 6th birthday. My son LOVES it! The battery is great. Unfortunately the charger stopped working but after reaching out they sent another out no charge. I am 1000% happy with this purchase and am very appreciative of the seller.
