Only issue is having a “Popcorn” Ceiling, the sticky part falls off. I’m skeptical how it will hold up by screwing It to hang on the ceiling. I’d like to get it up on an angle such as the inner moist corner of the wall, very close to ceiling for support. My daughter is certainly Missing out on enjoyment until can get it up. ... show more

I got this lighted canopy set for my daughters bedroom. She loves it! There are two ways to mount this to your ceiling (1. Double sided tape or 2. Screws). I used the double sided tape and it is holding up well after 8 weeks. The instructions were pretty basic, but it didn’t give any idea how to center it over the bed. So I used a measuring tape to figure out roughly where to center the canopy. The lights can be powered by three AA batteries or plugged into a USB port. I didn’t like the big battery pack, and you have to figure out a place to put it so it doesn’t fall on get in your way. So I took one star off for not having a pocket or somewhere to hold the battery pack. I ended up placing over the headboard for now, but it worries me that it may fall and hit my daughter. I’ll have to figure something else out. Overall I’m happy with this canopy and light set. ... show more

We love this canopy. My daughter loves this canopy she received it for Christmas. We put it up 4 days ago and unfortunately because the top that attaches to the ceiling is also made of mesh mosquito net it is already showing signs of tearing :( which is upsetting because if it’s already tearing I can’t see this lasting very long. Beautiful but with this design flaw I can only give 3 stars. ... show more
