This is the sweetest, tastiest sugar I've ever used! And it doesn't give you that caramel taste that other "brown-tinted" sugars give. It's just pure sweetness! I find it worth the money as you can actually use a bit less (or at least I can). I highly recommend this sugar.

My family has been enjoying this sugar since switching to more organic products. We have noticed it takes a little more to reach the same sweetness as conventional sugar, but it has worked well for us. I have noticed it’s much whiter than I expected for organic sugar. I recently saw a comment suggesting it may now be bleached, so I plan to do more research before forming an opinion. For now, we’re happy using it. I would recommend using this. ... show more

I have hummingbird feeders out and use this sugar to make their sugar water and they seem to love it. I switched from using cheaper regular white sugar and noticed a major improvement in how many come in to feed and also noticed they stay longer feeding. Excellent for table use also.

PRO - It has a lower glycemic index rating than regular cane sugar. - Less processing means more minerals retained. - I've had no problem with it dissolving. ÇON It's not as sweet as regular cane sugar in things like homemade frappuccino - at first, but after a few hours it's definitely a sweet as regular cane sugar and probably more so.
