Short answer, Yes these definitely work. I have hair with like 3 different hair textures depending on how often I get my hair done or how well it’s being taken care of. One of which the texture being 4c…the problem I have is that I would develop a dry cough every time I would take these. I had absolutely no idea where the cough was coming from, and I also struggled with inflammation. Again I don’t know where it came from. I’m almost certain the pills have something to do with it, because I stopped taking them and maybe 8mos later I started again because they were really effective growing my hair, and the cough came back. Total bummer because my hair definitely grew much longer than it had ever been. I may have an allergy to biotin that I’m unaware of, but again these really DO work ... show more
