Im not sure what the expectation of a liquid vitamin taste like to others, to me it was not rancid at all. I’ve taken supplements for hair and skin health for years. This is the most effective thing I’ve ever taken. Hair is growing super fast going on to my second month of using this product. The most noticeable change was my skin. My fine lines disappeared and slightly deeper wrinkles have turned to very fine lines. My skin tone is smooth and my pores look smaller. How? I don’t know what this magic is but it’s working. The flavoring is crazy though. Why does it have to be so intense and sweet? Wish it wasn’t. Not sure how there is no sugar/sweetener listed in the ingredients because it is sweet as hell. Really particular about what I put in my body and the “natural flavors”, unlisted sweetener and sunflower oil are a serious bummer. As a fan of Mary Ruth's Liquid Vitamins, I was excited to try this almond-flavored variant. However, I must admit that it didn't quite meet my expectations. While I can't deny the effectiveness of the product, I found the consistency to be very thick, and the almond flavor wasn't to my taste. It's not that it doesn't work – it's just not my preferred flavor profile. That being said, if I had no other options, I would consider purchasing it again for its health benefits. However, if given the choice, I would opt for a different flavor. I believe having more flavor options would cater to a wider range of preferences. In conclusion, while this particular variant may not be my favorite taste-wise, I acknowledge its efficacy and would recommend it to those who don't mind the almond flavor or prefer thicker consistency in their liquid vitamins.
