Note that the bottle will come looking nearly empty because the size of the bottle is too large for the number of capsules indicated, however, there are indeed 30 capsules. Otherwise, this is a great product!

I have taken vitamin B12 for many years, but can honestly say that this brand makes a difference. I can feel the difference straight away. I have some minor nerve damage in my extremities and this (well B vitamins in general) has helped so much over a long period of consistent use. I love how it has all the B's in one pill. I also love how it uses higher quality vitamins. Not the cheap ones made out of cyanide you find in overpriced drug stores. All in all, great product, I plan to use it as long as Vitamin Code makes it. I was taking a multi-vitamin, 3 different B vitamins, and a couple of fish oil pills and a couple blueberries every morning. This has lowered the pills I have to swallow by two, and has added more varied B-vitamins into my system. I feel great and all my supplements work well together using this product ... show more

I purchased this because I have a B12 deficiency and the doctor specifically recommended B12 in this form. I like the packaging, glass vs plastic but I my opinion the bottle is too large for this quantity of pills. Packaging could be much smaller.
