I have tried many different types of B Complex formulations over the years and 2 of my favorites are Bronson's and Swisse (both are available at amazon). This one is a strong/potent formula and you are getting your money's worth. I believe the ingredients are (non-GMO & Soy Free) clean and effective, if this company wants happy and loyal cutomers, it will keep providing us with great quality at a reasonable price. - What I like the most about this B complex (after its good quality) is the formulation (milligrams of each B vitamin). Who ever came up with this formulation knows their science quite well ! - This B complex gave me a great sense of clean energy and focus with out any crash and I know, it is because of the good dose of B3 and B5 (Niacinamide and Pantothenic acid), which increases NADH and Acetylcholine in the brain, respectively. - I ususally take half tablet in the morning or at dinner with SR Fish Oil and it has turned out to be a great combo for me. - The day i expect to have more mental or physical stress, I take 1 tablet (instead of half) in the morning with my tea and I am focused like a research scientist, this helps me get a lot done with out getting tired. - This is an excellent product for men like me who are over 40 and have a healthy life style. This formulation keeps my hormones and neurotransmitters in excellent condition. - My sleep has become deeper and more restful. I go to sleep at night easily on 1 tab as long as i take it before noon. Half a tablet I can take anytime. I have recommended it to so many friends and family members and they love this B Complex.
