Awful chair, hard as rock, no back support thus your back will be in pain immediately, impossible to pull the rip-cord that lifts the leg cushion, not suited for anyone over 5'10". Just total garbage.

Not what it’s cracked up to be. Video shows all this room, holds 385 lbs, etc., it is a little chair. Number one thing that I really don’t like is that the arm rests don’t Velcro and pop over, very flimsy. The leg extension goes out just a little. Not happy with it.

Before opening the box, it was obvious that there were some loose parts/pieces moving around inside the box. When we opened the box and removed the chair, there were several small silver balls rolling around the bottom of the box. Apparently, some of the ball bearings had fallen out. The chair was easy to assemble. The sides of the chair that extends from the armrest section with the cup holder, down to the floor, is poorly made and lacks quality. I purchased this chair for my elderly mother. Although the manual recline pull is ideally located, my mother had difficulties reclining the chair. She does not have the strength that is required to pull the recline lever. She also was not able to push the back of the chair into the recline position; or lower the footrest to place the chair in sitting position.

The box arrived and the pieces were mostly easy to put together. The chair is on the smaller side, so good for a smaller space. The "massage" is just vibrations, so we likely won't use that much. The color is really nice, and exactly what we wanted. The chair recliner by pulling a plastic handle located in the seat area, so not sure how long that will last. One of the cup holders arrived cracked, so I will be reaching out to Korser customer service for a replacement. Overall, it's a comfortable swivel/rocker/recliner that is made for a small space.

The reclainer was delivered in a single box, the instructions are clear and easy to assemple. The material is good-quality, so soft and comfortable. It can rotate 360*, allowing me to adjust the angle without getting up. I’m so happy that bought this one. It has 8 vibration massage points, targeting the back , waist and legs which can achieve targeted massage. At the same time, the recliner is supplemented with a soothing heating function.
