I don't even blame the seller anymore I blame Amazon. I got these chairs a while back and just now opened them to set up, and I was so surprised at the quality of these chairs. They are cheaply made and the massage part is a joke. I sat down and went to look for the part to pull the chair footrest out and OMG. It is a rip cord in the side of the chair. So I pull it and it is very hard to pull an older person could not do it. It spang out and I leaned back and the chair broke and I was so mad I almost hit the floor but my husband cot me and wow. So, of course I call amazon to refund the chairs to hear them say oh yes just send them back but oh wait you have to pay for shipping. Ding ding ding I take the chairs to be returned, and the post office says oh that will be $300 dollars. SO please read the reviews these chairs are garbage. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER> you lose your money on both. Shame on the seller and shame on Amazon for not knowing their customers. $500 down the drain.

Love this chair. It was supposed to take 2 weeks to get here. It took 4 days. It took us 20-30 minutes to set up. I didn’t have great expectations due to the low price. The color is beautiful Great quality, great price, so comfortable. Cant wait to rock my new grandbaby to sleep in it. Massage function is really nice. Swivel and rocker is great. Love it so much I’m buying a 2nd one. The only reason I didn't give 5⭐️, is because it’s electric and has to be plugged in. That limits where you can place it. Unless you dont need massage function often. Thats the only electric part. It’s a typical pull handle, push foot rest in with legs.

Nice comfy chair but the pull handle that reclines the chair is very hard to pull that my husband has to do it for me and I'm having back surgery next month and I wanted the chair because of it.Im only giving 3 stars because it is a nice chair but you have to fix the pull handle on it.I would not recommend these for people who don't have a lot of strength.

Very Small!! Should be considered a “mini-recliner”. I am 5’6 and my feet dangle off of the chair when in recline. The arms of the chair dig into the sides of your legs—very uncomfortable! There is no lever on the side to lift the recliner, only a cheap plastic pull contraption on the inside of the chair so there will also be a plastic piece digging into your side. Chair does not fully recline without using your body to push and manipulate it. The massage feature is actually just a light vibration. Heats up ok. More than ever lately, Amazon sellers have been false advertising standard/full sized items when they are in fact miniature sized & very cheaply made, this is one of those products!
