This product heats up very quickly. It has different levels of heat. It has a very nice thick cord. It comes with clips and a glove. However, the air that comes out is not cool, it is warm/hot air. It doesn't honestly make a big difference to me because I can turn the air on and off. The cool air would probably help to lock in curls. We use it just for straightening. We come from a curly hair family so a quality straightener is a must. This straightener makes your hair shiny and soft. The only reason I gave it four stars is because it claims it's cooling air and it is not. But, all in all, it is a great product. This would make a nice gift for Christmas.

i got a new one because mine if from 1998 but it still works just fine. i was using it more for a curling iron but i dont like the curls this one delivers. it works ok for a staightener but not a curler. it leaves square curls in my hair and it looks like my kid did it. im not a fan. it seems a bit cheaply made and if i drop it it will just break. it heated up quick but smoked some so i was wondering how cheap it really is. im just not fan of this device and will probably keep using my 25 year old one.

Truth the be told, I am still getting used to using this as a curling iron. I'm an 80's Baby, so some habits are going to take a long time to unlearn. That being said, this has officially already replaced my $300 flat iron. I love that you get to literally pick your heat setting with a button. I love that you press a button to have continuous cold air flow. I basically love everything about this. And I will eventually figure out how to curl my hair with it, as well. Highly recommend.

I love this because you can use it to either curl or straighten your hair. It seems to work a bit differently than a typical iron as it doesn't clamp down your hair super tightly, which TBH is probably better for your hair. It has a "cooling" button which is literally and figuratively cool. It flattened my hair no problem, and also gave me great curls when used for that purpose. The wand isn't super long, which is fine for me but not sure about those with very long hair. Would 100% recommend this iron!

I loved this 360 airflow styler! I have a name brand version of this, love it. This one works exactly the same. I love that it quickly heats up. I love that it has cooling air to help set the curls, and I love that you can choose to straighten your hair vs curl, if you prefer. It's really easy to use and the curls really set with the added airflow.

This hair-styler is a combined flat iron and curling iron. It has five heat settings and ceramic plates that allow hair to slide easily through which protects hair from breakage. There are vents with cool air flow which extends your look whether it's curls or straight and makes curls last longer. The styler is elegant in white and gold and makes it easier to do different hairstyles. Good value!
