Needs solid ceiling reinforcement. Had to go to the attic to install multiple 2x4 to create solid support. Can not be installed without frame being attached at six points with lag screws. DO NOT USE DIMMER SWITCH. Run power to the unit via regular switch and use remote ONLY.

It’s a beautiful light. But I gave it four stars because it’s quite small. I’m going to move this light fixture to my bathroom and purchase something different for my dining room. So be aware that is not a big fixture for a dining room

Good design in concept, poor quality and implementation. Lots of details in product description is not right from dimensions to mounting capabilities. I had to call electrician twice because of these errors. Seller had me run around to local hardware store and eventually gave up and ended up returning and reordering thought I'd not get missing parts again. And second order there were no missing parts like first but quality of what was there is not good. Most of the 36 crystals are drilled awkward and crooked. The silver part on some is worn or damaged, top plate isn't balanced and laser welds seem to be pulling away. I paid electrician for 3 visits already and didn't want to pay 4th time to take it off, because it does take many hours and price of labor has more than surpassed value of this product. Very poor quality, not worth the 1200 tag on it ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It changes to three different colors and a variety of temperatures within those colors so it looks like it may have six different settings. Night light mode, adjusting the height was very easy. Simply heavier, electrician push up on the cord to feed it through the ceiling. It stays put. Arrow electrician decided to crawl through the attic space to reinforce the chandelier to be on the safe side. It was such a nice chandelier that our electrician decided to feature it on their company page. The remote was wonderful and everything was spelled correctly I am so happy with the chandelier that we are going to get matching pendant lights for the kitchen island. This is exactly the statement piece we were looking for with our new build! ... show more

It is a beautiful light but we had problems with the dimmer from the start. If you kept it on bright it would be pretty steady light. If you tried to dim it it would flicker. Then it began to have a pause before it would come on and then it would flicker constantly. Sometimes it comes on with the white light and other times would come on with the warm light. Now it has stopped working altogether. We have had it in installed for 30 days. It was for our remodeling project so it sat for 30 days before installation so the Amazon return policy is expired. This product advertises a 5 year warranty so we are hopeful that is the case. Amazon said they could not help us with that. So we are calling upon the manufactural Haixiang to respond to us via this review section. We are hopeful they will respond to us here. Thank you! ... show more
