The fireplace is exactly what I hoped for except the heater was defective. After finally reaching customer service, they were genuinely concerned for my satisfaction. Unfortunately, they do not have a replacement so opted to refund my account. I would still recommend this company for future purchases due to their ethics.

Super easy to install and set up. Looks great and runs quietly. The only downside is the fan/heat output is mediocre at best even on high. The warm air coming from the front of the unit can't be felt unless you are closer than 2ft.
