Absolutely Beautiful!!!
The media could not be loaded. This fireplace is a whole vibe! I want to say I received the best customer service! The seller went over & beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. If you’re contemplating on buying this fireplace, look no further. It’s quiet, the heat output is great & the ambiance is sexy! Speedy delivery too!

Honorable Customer Service above all
The fireplace is exactly what I hoped for except the heater was defective. After finally reaching customer service, they were genuinely concerned for my satisfaction. Unfortunately, they do not have a replacement so opted to refund my account. I would still recommend this company for future purchases due to their ethics.

Couldn't ask for more for the price.
Size: 36
I was really skeptical but it turned out as nice or better than some of the units that were twice the price.

Sleek design, heats up fast, cool flames
Size: 36
Heats up fast, cool realistic flames & color options. Like how it has crystal & log combo to choose from.

Very easy to install and set up
Size: 36
Super easy to install and set up. Looks great and runs quietly. The only downside is the fan/heat output is mediocre at best even on high. The warm air coming from the front of the unit can't be felt unless you are closer than 2ft.
