This was easy to assemble, even doing it alone two weeks post carpal tunnel release surgery! I plan to go back and restretch the pieces onto their hook and loop fasteners after a couple weeks of use and then a month of use, because I couldn't pull them all the way onto the fasteners. Also, make sure to assemble this in the order the instructions call for, or you'll never get the corner pieces on. The parts list is a little confusing. It says that you have two of something but it looks like you have four of them; it says you have three of something but it looks like you have two of them, etc. That is because every piece has two cables running through it to connect the pieces and make them strong, So until you remove the pieces from their plastic bags and straighten them where the cables come out, you don't actually know if you have all the right pieces. That was a little scary until I figured it out with a couple of them. The raised dog bed is sturdy and holds either our 80 pound German Shepherd Dog or our 95 pound Doberman Pinscher. They don't have a ton of space, but our dogs like that cave feel! This tent dog bed keeps the wind from freezing our Doberman Pinscher in the winter, and keeps the sun off our German Shepherd Dog in the summer. A two-fer!! The canvas bottom is thick and the cover has windows on now sides with roll up shades. I am very pleased with this elevated dog tent bed.

The awmmo doghouse is a lightweight dog house with a built in bed and mesh/ screen windows. It comes with stakes to anchor it in the ground. The doghouse is well designed and well made. It is also made with quality matewrials, and not as lighjt as I had anticipated. That it, while it is light weight and easy to move, the nylon is pretty sunstantial and looks like it will hold up well, I have been lookijng for something likew this fopr a while because I live in the tropics and have an older Aussie who is not very comfortable when it is hot. He usually looks for shade and lies under a tree when I am doing yard work. It was not 2 minutes before he was lying comfprtably in the dog house... while a jealous little dog (our terrier pup) looked on. We recently had a wind storm which blew down myt trelises and blew the 2 light weight greenhouses across the yard, stopped only by the perimeter fence. We set this up after the storm, but I believe it would have done better because ofg the mesh ventilation. It had broad "feet" which enable it to lay flat on the ground, and as mentioned, metal anchors which are useful when it is windy. It is not a pop-up. but took less than 10 minutes to assemble. It is easy to set up, and to move as required. Our skeptical older dog took to it right away. For reference, he is 85 lbs, and was very comfortable in the 36" dog house.

Upon opening the box and laying out all of the pieces I was a bit overwhelmed by how many components there are. But with proper supervision (first image) I got started. The poles are all shock corded, which made putting together the various pieces of tubing super easy (second image). The feet are on a ball joint that easily rotates to accommodate for uneven surfaces (3rd and 4th images). The roof/house fabric attaches to the underside of the bed with typical velcro hook and loop material - quick and easy (5th image). The final assembly kind of reminded me of a tent (6th and 7th images). The house fabric feels like ripstop nylon to me. My initial reaction was that it was going to be way too hot. But both sides roll up, like an outdoor tent to provide cross ventilation. I got this intending to put it out by our pool to provide some shade for our dogs, and to get them onto a soft surface if they want to lay down. I have my doubts about their willingness to want to go into the enclosure but we'll see (it's a little early for pool season right now). Overall, I am very impressed with the design of this and the ease of assembly. If my dogs decide that they don't want to go into the enclosure I can take that off in about 2 minutes and it will then be a regular raised dog bed, which they like.

We have two dogs, one of which is not a fan of being outside for extended periods of time. She is skittish and isn't comfortable in the elements. Wy other dog has a thick coat of fur and this is also perfect for him to keep off the dirty ground and to provide shade to him. We got the 36' one and our large Australian shepherd and my 10 year old both fit inside at the same time. Love the strong and sturdy mesh to allow airflow to the pet and keep them dry outside. The screen viewing windows are important for animals who like to see around them while inside. The one caveat is that I probably would not leave this exposed to the elements for prolonged periods of time. Would be fine under a covered porch or garage IMO. The cot portion is very handy to use for a dog bed in the house as well especially for dog who rip and chew their beds like our dogs do quite often. We have been through a multitude of beds over the years so this is perfect to just put a blanket over and use indoors. Off topic, kids also seem to really enjoy this as well. My 10 year old will probably be Laying in it outside to hang out and escape the summer heat provided its clean! The weight of the house is lightweight and easily moved around where needed and it was very easy to assemble.

This dog house is a nice size and gives my dogs plenty of room to relax. The 36 inch size works well for my small dogs is used mostly outdoors on the patio. One feature I like is the mesh windows. They help with airflow so the inside does not feel stuffy, especially with warmer weather. The structure itself feels stable and the materials seem durable enough for regular use. I will update if anything changes. Overall this is a practical dog house that gives pets a comfortable place to rest while still allowing good ventilation.
