I BOUGHT THIS FOR MY SON IN LAW WHO HAS LOUIE BODY DEMENTIA. THEY WERE THRILLED TO GET IT SO THEY CAN GO MORE PLACES AND HE CAN RIDE AND SHE DOESN'T HAVE TO PUSH HIM. I WISH THEY WOULD MAKE THEM A BIT BIGGER, AS HE IS 6'7'' AND 200LBS.

The chair itself sits up a little too high for me, I would like for it to be lower to the floor. Also, the joystick takes a little bit of getting used to. And the chair, it's not as fast as I would like it to be.

* UPDATE!* Customer Service has been really accommodating. They responded with professionalism and a great resolution. Note that this was originally a one star review that now is four stars, due to customer service resolution. It is a comfortable chair. You can buy with confidence that Customer Service will work with you! Original review (1⭐️): Terrible. I fully charged the battery as instructed. And I *didn’t* overcharge it, as instructed. I’m only 125 pounds. I’ve only used it on flat surfaces. There’s no reason why this wheelchair shouldn’t work other than it being defective. The power goes in and out randomly. It just turns on and turns off again, or it will go about a foot or two and then turn off again and then not turn back on. It is unpredictable, which is quite scary when you need it for mobility. It was great the first time, but it has not worked since and it has been recharged properly. I had no idea that the company expects me to pay the shipping back on a defective item like this. The shipping charge would be enormous. Please be careful when buying this because not only is it defective, but the shock of them asking me to pay the shipping on their defective item for the return is heartbreaking when you’re already living alone with disability. ... show more

I’m so happy with this side bag. The pockets are nice and deep, so I don't have to worry about things falling out while I'm moving. One of my favorite features is the large water bottle pocket—it's actually big enough to hold a decent-sized bottle securely. The Velcro straps are long and very strong, which makes it easy to adjust the bag to the perfect height on the armrest. This VERPAL Wheelchair Side Bag also works on walkers, which is what I was hopeful for. I’ve been using a walker off and on, due to my autoimmune issues that sometimes target my knee. Whether it’s in a wheelchair or using a walker, it’s a pain to use them and try to carry things. This pouch was easy to set up, as you simply wrap the straps covered with loop and hook fastening around the arm of the chair or a portion of the walker and press it to the target fabric on the back of the pouch. There’s no other assembly required. The bag / pouch is made of a sturdy fabric and one of the pockets very easily holds a Stanley tumbler, so, yes, this has a cup holder. This VERPAL side bag is sturdy and not bad looking. The price is reasonable also. Overall, this pouch is handy, making my stints using the walker much less irritating, versatile, since it can work on a wheelchair or walker, and really sturdy.
