Okay since this was a big ticket item for me in my Amazon world, I thought it deserved a review. I’m not asked to or compensated in any way. My 13 year old’s friends just all got e bikes and he needed to keep up with them. I said the only way I’d spend this money was if I fit it too (we’re both the same height at 5’2” and just fit the smallest setting perfectly.) It does go 20 mph at the fastest speed. It is a solid bike and feels like a worthwhile quality. Easy to take the battery in and out, easy to charge. I really love the bike. It was a worthwhile purchase. I just wish I bought it earlier in the summer.

easy to assemble, use a drill. the tools provided work but its slow going. the seat is not great. the bike rides well, easy to handle. might be a bit small if youre 6ft or taller. pedal assist works great, brakes are medium but work.

I purchased this M10 (Isinwheel) six weeks ago. Initially, I was pretty happy with it with a few minor exceptions. It wasn't advertised accurately in the listing. The motor was listed as 750 watts and is actually 250 according to the manual. It also stated that it had 35 speeds. It actually is a 7 speed Shimano. I decided that I could live with the motor, since it seemed to work fine and actually prefer the 7 speed gearset. It was easy to install and it was fun to ride and gave me a much more aerobic workout than pedaling alone. I found I could keep a steady cadence at 15 miles an hour for the entire ride, even up the inclines. I live in Kansas so it's mostly flat or false flat. I took it on several rides (8 miles each) and it seemed to perform as advertised, although it didn't seem like I would achieve the mileage suggested between charges based on my fairly flat terrain, power level assist 3 at 15 MPH. I always pedaled and rarely coasted. I started checking the voltage after every ride and could get about 4 rides between charges. The battery actually charged a little more after the first few charges; 41.3 volts the first couple of times and 41.5 volts the last time. Now, the reason for the single star. Last week, I went for a ride and the battery began to shut down after being fully charged. I reinstalled the battery several times and it finally took off again. I always take the battery in after a ride to protect it from the heat and occasionally recharge it. I checked out the voltage as I always do and it had more than enough to take a least a couple of more rides. The next time I reinstalled the battery it did the same thing The display started to shut down after being on only a few seconds. I tried to reinstall and finally realized that if I pushed the battery down where the key would lock it it wouldn't stay engaged. If I simply slide it down in the grooves to where it barely engages then it works fine. But, that doesn't seem very safe. I finally tried reaching out to the seller to see if they would trouble shoot or maybe send me a new battery. As I was doing this a third party from Amazon started a chat with me, asking me to relay my problem through them to the seller and said they would get back in touch with me with an answer to my problem. The next morning I received an email that told me to perform a test on the bike by turning it on and pushing it against a wall. I did this and it shut down every time I tried it. I sent back my test results to the chat lady at Amazon. I received an email back that told me to get in touch with the seller. I tried to contact seller but as of now have received no answer from Rideplux. I don't feel safe riding this bike if I can't lock the battery down before I go riding on it. I can't say anything favorable about the one year warranty that supposedly comes with one of these. I might as well have tried to contact Santa Claus as anyone that I have heard from so far.

I was concerned after I ordered I went to the reviews. There I found nothing but bad reviews saying that it's a scam. Never received the bike, took way to long for the bike to arrive. The box was in very bad shape. Well I received it the bike arrived quickly and box in perfect condition. This is not a scam.... My grandson has not gotten a chance to ride it yet due to just receiving it putting it together then the rain begins lol... If I don't come back to update on this bike then that means it works perfectly..
